Do not eat here if you want good food or value customer service. The girlfriend and I decided to dine at this location for dinner. She ordered the Cajun Pasta. Once our food was delivered you could just see that the noodles were overcooked or just plain old. So we told our waitress who apologized and took it back to the kitchen. No problem. 
However, the waitress and the manager who came over were completely emotionless and genuinely seemed to not care at all that the food was terrible. I felt as if they treated it as a whoops, sorry, with a shoulder shrug. In the end we received no final apology or compensation of any sort. 
Needless to say we won't be going to any Chili's locations anymore.

When walking in the door we waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. Plenty of waiters and waitresses walked by us not saying anything. Finally the hostess came from back and took us to our table not saying 1 word to us. While our waiter was very friendly, he was not very attentive at all. I know that it was busy but we saw him 2 times. Gave us the wrong food but he handed us our food so fast we didn't have time to notice until too late. He didn't come back to check our drinks and didn't return to us until giving us our check. Not thrilled at all. We will be sure not to return here.

Worst service ever. There were only three other groups there when we were and it took fifteen minutes for them to come and acknowledge we were there another ten to take our order and thirty five minutes to get our food. They apologized the whole time but the service never picked up. Sorry, won't be going back there anytime soon. Should have known something was up by the number of cars in the parking lot. I also ordered coffee but they only had decaf and it was instant. Yuck

Really nice place, the staff was friendly. The food was well cooked and the service was exceptional. The ambient was also really good, it wasn't loud that day. A real enjoyable experience.

Service was excellent & the prices was much better than anticipated!  Food was great & our family had a great time!
