Went to this location 2 weeks ago and Chili's has lost it's flair it seems . The chips we're very greasy , took 20 minutes to get our drinks in between rounds and there were only 15 people in the whole restaurant. The staff although friendly just didn't make you feel like you the customer we're important. I hope they find a way to go this because Chili's used to be great place to meet and socialize

There was a mistake made on the app a few weeks ago where I was double charged for my order. The manager made it his mission to figure out how to refund me the money because it isn’t done the same way as in store. He was extremely professional and just all around a great guy about it. Exactly the way a manager should be when handling an issue. Food is always great here, and service is always better. I absolutely refuse to go to any other Chili’s around here. He deserves a commendation lol. I never leave reviews but quality service deserves recognition!

Their ribs use to be slow cooked while coated with BBQ sauce. Now they are slow cooked and then BBQ sauce is added before ribs come to your table. Big difference in taste. Not as good as they use to be. We were told they do this because it is easier for the cooks.

I think service has declined in the past year. It is not as clean as it used to be either. They have been menus and the food is adequate but nothing special. I think it needs a thorough cleaning.

We are normally very pleased however this was not a good visit.  The restaurant was not crowded and the service was slow.  Servers were pleasant but food was not appealing. I ordered an avacado burger with no bun and it came crowded in a bowl instead of a plate and the roasted peppers were in another plate and were cold.  The side salad was miniscule.  My husband ordered chili and salad.  His chili was only lukewarm when it came out and he said it did not taste fresh.
