We sat down to a bare  table. As we were reading our menus, we were given chips and water. The runner asked who had the lemon in the water. , We said neither of us we had just sat down. The runner left the food anyway. No one then came to take our order, so we couldn't say...again...that we hadn't ordered the food provided. We left.  No real service ans what we were given was wrong. I miss good custome service.

The new model of placing orders live on the servers tablets is great except if you decide to make a change while the server is still at the table as it is live and the kitchen has already started the ticket. 

Management has reduced the servers and replaced them with kitchen runners and so you don’t get the level of table service as you use to in the past. A case of where technology has reduced the human aspect of going out to dinner.

Waited a long time for service then about 30 minutes for food. It had been left out and the sides were turning dark/hard. I said something and got that food free. My girl had a dirty coffee mug. They are more worried about talking than service. They probably give minimum wage which explains it.

What you would expect from a Chilis food wise. Service was great though, quick and food came out very hot.
