Great frozen margaritas and fried pickles. Not so great unfrozen margaritas. You should try the grilled avocado steak on the lite menu. It's good and surprisingly filling. Also pretty great staff.

This is a good location. I like the chili's brand but you have to watch some locations. Don't fret about this one as it was very good. Our waitress was great and she took very good care of our group. She did not let a beer glass go empty! Thank you Chili's!

Our waitress the young black lady with the short reddish hair and glasses was beyond awful. She brought out the wrong drinks and didn’t check on us, our food came only one was right, she still never checked and was all over other tables so we called her down and she just said ok and walked away and when it came back out she didn’t apologize or say a word and one thing was still wrong. A bus boy had to get our drinks because she still forgot it was wrong and never got refills and then when we started eating turns out mine was wrong too when i told her twice no onions. she was awful. Time for dessert and she told us she had to put down a tray to take our orders and she will be right back. She never came back and was running around the whole place focused on other tables. Also, this kitchen is disgusting and the floor everywhere is covered in food.

Good Food, Good Service: All this amounts to a good enough experience at Chilies. We went to the Chilies near BWI Airport because we were tired and knew what to expect from this cookie-cutter franchise bar and grill. I had the avocado/jalapeno hamburger while my son had the baby back ribs. As I stated earlier, the eats were just good enough, nothing special. The waitress insisted on referring to me as "sweetie" or "honey". Geeesh. . . I'm over 70 years of age, get over it, sweetie. I'll not file harassment charges, but PLEASE fine a less condescending way of addressing me. Anyway, we didn't want to go to McDonald's, so Chilies it was.

As far as Chili's goes, this one has the best Ancho Salmon dish I've had so far at any location! I frequent Chili's due to their accommodation for allergens, and I was not disappointed with this location. The chef obviously cares about their work because they presented my dish as if I were at a fancy restaurant! I was pleasantly surprised by the plating. It wasn't something I expected from a Chili's! The server was personable and nice. She provided refills without prompting and checked in a few times, which was great. If I'm ever back in the Baltimore area, I'm sure I'll visit here again!
