They have really picked it up recently. The food is consistently really good and the service is great... in the bar, at least (haven't been to the restaurant side). Chili's used to be one of the first places I would pick to not go to. It has definitely moved towards the top of my go-to options.

Friday night at 7pm and it’s busy everywhere. Chili’s got us in, table for 6 including 2 highchairs, in less than 10 minutes and didn’t try sticking 2 highchairs at the end of a booth like most low bar restaurants in the area. Alexa was our server and she remembered our drinks from a month ago! Service was prompt, correct & no detail was forgotten. This restaurant has had staffing/kitchen issues in the past but appears to have turned a new leaf. We will return.

Lunchtime and they are busy!!!  Probably the very best chips and salsa I have ever had at a Mex place, but you pay for them.  Food was good.  Wait staff is phenomenal.

Our waitress was phenomenal! She was happy and helpful! When she informed my husband that they did not serve vanilla milkshakes she helped him concoct one of his own making! Our waitress was a gem!

They have changed the menu a bit, it's somewhat smaller but they still have a great salmon which has been my favorite. The host was quick, friendly and quick to seat us. The waitresses are really knowledgeable about the menu and  friendly, ours didn't mind us asking questions or making special menu requests. Our waitress was Tracy and her team mate was Dakota. I really think a customer gets better service at a restaurant that uses this "team" idea with the waitresses.
