I honestly want to share a certain hand gesture to the people seating and serving the customers. First of all, we were only four people. This meant that it was already kinda hard to get a table quick. But then a party of f***ing 6 walked in (with no reservation at all from what I heard), and got seated immediately because they were friends of the waiters or some BS. So we had to wait a whole hour-30 for a table, not to mention the wait for the food itself. Even then, when the food came it was cold as hell. I usually love the food and stuff here, I really do. But the way this specific location racially treated us makes me wish there was a 0-star option.

Reasonable prices, friendly staff and a wide variety of choices on their menu. However, the kitchen is always slow. They sing happy birthday and give a little cake which is nice. I find all there food good. If I had one major complaint, it is having to deal with that "ziosk" to pay your bill. It never works as it should, and they have to get the manager over to fix it. They should toss the whole concept.

sat at the bar for 20 minutes no service so I left.  Even the managers looked and just kept on doing their own thing.  What a waste

Been here multiple times, each hoping the next experience would be better, but that's just not the case. After waiting for at least thirty minutes,  with two small children, we saw multiple tables open but dirty. I asked the hostest if they only had one bus boy and she said no, thinking that might be the reason for all of the open dirty tables- not the case. So after we FINALLY got seated, mind you the hostest did not even bother to pass out menus or silverware, nobody came to our table. We waited for another ten minutes without even being recognized before we got up and left. And not even then did we get acknowledged.

Service was the worst ever! We had to wait about 15 min for a waitress. We didn't get refills! We waited forever for the food to come out, after  being told it was coming several times. When the food finally arrived, it was cold. Had to send mine back. By the time it was prepared again I had to ask for it to be made as a go-to order!!!
