This place can get busy. Go early or late otherwise you can expect a wait. For a good reason, the food is really good...It's Chili's. I always get The Sampler (my favorite) and it is always as expected, very tasty. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and restrooms are clean and there is a large parking lot.

Pros: Great service by cheery personality employees. The Food, tastes GREAT... IF you like their food menu choices [I don't like many of the menu items... because of "1" ingredient! ... see my cons]. It's a great place to gather with friends & family and to watch sports on their multiple TVs. They have them in the bar side & in restaurant side. They also, have some highchairs for the little ones in the restaurant side. 

Cons: In my opinion, It's high priced, for the amounts of food you get. Food is usually almost hot, though, I can't remember how is was this last time... Unless you get something served on a skillet platter &... In my opinion, there's TOO MANY dishes served with those NASTY TASTING "black beans", that the waitresses or waiters say "I can't remove them from the dish" and Chili's doesn't offer other beans, like pinto beans, to have instead of those NASTY TASTING "black beans"! There are many of their dishes that my friends, family & I "Love" that Chili's offers but, they put those bad flavored beans in them & it just wrecks the flavor... so we pass on them. Our, check is smaller because of it too. I know I can eat elsewhere, but we really like the place & the food dishes... that DON'T have those beans in them.

Went to have lunch here with my daughter, son-in-law and husband. Fajitas were cold and veggies not cooked. Steak ordered medium was first worse than rare and then well done. The waiter, Tanner, did not come back to check on us OR get us drink refills. We waited and waited. My son-in-law finally went to the hostess to ask for drink refills. A few minutes later Tanner brought them out and said very sarcastically and rudely to us "Thank you very much and it was a pleasure" and turned and walked away. We will NOT be back to this Chili's and I will think twice before ever going to a Chili's. Bad food, WORSE service. Avoid this place like the plague.

Tammy is an awesome server!  The food has always been top notch! The atmosphere makes your dates fun and relaxed. Chili's is a great place for all occasions.

Sat at bar wrong move bartender talk to other patrons about how she was gonna spend her weekend at her friends birthday going down parker strip and desert bar and left us sitting there waiting to order and i ordered bottom less soup and salad...finished soup then salad and waited nearly 10 min before she asked if i would like more of course da..... My wife ordered combo fajitas steak and shrimp and the waiter brought the sizzling plate out almost dropped it on my wife's lap and after she started to move it around I was sitting next to her and all I could smell is burnt coming off the skillet. They said it was Smoke flavored but sometimes that I have been a chef or cook at no time have I ever smelt a burnt smell that was considered smoked so I mentioned it to the server and they kind of shrugged It Off so I boxed it up and took it to the manager and ask her to smell the takeout box and she refused her name was Sharon and she did refund my wife for her dinner but I figure I will post this review because I feel they did not fool hardly care about their product so she could talk to the chef that cooked the fajitas to correct the mistake the host at the front door was kind enough to open the door as we came into the restaurant but was standing there talking to another employee on our way out and did not even pay attention to open the door as we left or thank us for our business on previous visits we have not had issues but this one time we had an issue and I don't feel it was handled in a professional manner and so I figure to let people know that it's a hit or miss
