Chili's is hit or miss. Its a place I used to frequent more often and although it has changed its menu quite a bit in the last year+ I usually tend to not opt to come here with my family because of how long everything takes. Being seated takes forever, service is typically slow, food doesn't always seem as fresh as it should be. On the flip side, I'm glad to see the addition of black bean fajitas for all of us vegetarians. They're good. I hate to generalize, but pretty much every Chili's I've ever visited is the same. Granted, I've had family who have worked and managed Chili's locations and that's probably what keeps me coming back every so often, but even then... With them working there... Still didn't really speed anything up. I do expect my food to take some time to cook, but still I find it excessive most times. If you're not in a hurry and don't mind the wait, join the Chili's club and you'll get either a free order of chips n salsa or a free non alcoholic beverage when you type your phone number in on the Ziosk before you pay at your table. Chips and salsa are close to $5 whereas a normal drink is close to $3 so it's a good amount off either way.

I visited this location winter 2017. I still have the receipt. I still have the bitter taste in my mouth of that horrid experience. I arrived with my husband and my son- no one greeted us. It would be ten minutes before a bus boy noticed us and asked if we'd helped and proceeded to call someone from the back. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated. Another 20 minutes passed by before someone took our order. And another 30-40 minutes to get our food. There were no refills... The restaurant was not short staffed in fact there were 2 employees who could be seen chit chatting on the dining area- instead of offering to refill our drinks. I felt unwanted. I felt-stupid. Stupid for working so hard and wanting to take my family out to have a good time- only to feel belittled and heart broken. I beg you, if you're reading this spare your self the heartache. This restaurant chain is COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND HAVE TO CONSIDERATION FOR THEIR PATRONS WHATSOEVER.

Friendly staff seated us quickly. Lots of menu options. Blackberry lemonade and tasty dessert. Good job, Chili's.

Chilis fell way off. I'll admit that i haven't been here in a while due to our last experience here. Got the emails with the please come in with this free entree coupons to prove it. We would come here at least 2 times a month no lie. The last time we went was a compete shock i would compare the food to the type you get at Denny's which is worse than cafeteria food at elementary school. We got the triple appetizers 13 bucks for that one. The southwestern egg rolls were disgusting. These are our favorite and never fail to get them. So i tell our server hey these were cold and not fresh. He's about his tip and knows us. We always tip well. He says ill get you another full order. Cool i thought we have resolved our issue. WRONG. We got the fresh order and realized that they were the same as what we got before just hot now. I'm not the type to keep complaining after they brought me a new order. Then we got our food it was also nasty. The quality has gone way down. Chilis was the bees knees before. Sad that they have comprised quality. You lost this customer. Not even a new management sign will get me back in here.

Thursday was pretty hopping and I was saved by gallant server name Carlos. The host warned me of the wait and suggested the bar and lounge area. It was already filled up; so I waited watching the Olympics which was figure skating. Thus, the wait time wasn't minded. My server was Carlos who was very attentive with most of my food orders; toward the end it was messed up. Herein, he owned up to it and apologize---free desert!
