I have been to this location a handful of times and its been hit or miss with service. Earlier this evening after a long day at work my fiance and I stopped to dine in and enjoy our favorite meal. This had to be the worst experience while trying to eat. The guests sitting across from our table was loud and seemed to have conflict at one point. That really ruined our dinner. We left very disgusted and decided never to visit the Chili's on Hillsborough Ave. Talked to 2 managers on the way out and they did not attempt to make it right in any way. Just said sorry we had no idea. Really?! One manager even said " I walked by there and I did not hear anything". Where is the CUSTOMER SERVICE in all this?

Service good food sub par at best, chicken Chipotle Bowl no flavor, which you would think is impossible.
Deep fried pickles so greasy my kids couldn't eat either of the 2 orders.
My son did seem to like his chix tenders.
But i won't go on I'm not accustomed to putting up negative reviews on people

Our server Ralee was the best tonight on labor day, she was very quick with our order And made sure we had everything we needed.

Food was excellent but service was shaky. Sat in bar and waited quite a while between server's visit. Wife and I wanted to share 2 for 1 beers but he brought 4 beers at once so we ended up drinking warmish beers toward the end of our dinner. Server also forgot to bring condiments that we asked for. Finnaly, the stupid kiosk machine at the table broke so I had to wait at the bar for several minutes to get credit card receipt.
