I took my son for a lunch date here and the service was excellent. They were super busy and while I took him to the restroom our table accidentally got cleared. The manager was the absolute sweetest and replaced everything without me saying a word!! Awesome customer service!!!

Stopped in Payson for lunch at Chili's, first of all the glass of water was not drinkable, had to order cokes. We ordered well done burgers, when we got them, blood was dripping on the tray. Sent back and got well done delicious burgers. I don't know why the water was bad, could of been the glasses were not rinsed well and soap was still on glass. We will try them again. Service was real good & friendly.

Food and service were average. Menu was changed to delete about 20 dishes and the remaining were all supersized as were their prizes. Nothing healthy.

We were just visiting payson, thought that it would be a good choice. cant go wrong with the 2 can eat for 20. But when i got my chicken it was really cold. By the time i got it back, all my family was done eating, and the chicken was still cold. i took it to go an warmed it up once i got back to the valley.
