This place has never really let me down. The food is good and the service ranges but I have never had bad service. Reading some of these reviews I feel some people are hyper sensitive!

Went there with about 12 co- workers for lunch. We got seated right away and accommodations were made for our large group. Our waitress was friendly and prompt with drinks and taking our orders. The kitchen on the other hand needs help. We had been there an hour when our food finally arrived. I got the wrong burger and it had no seasonings, no flavor. Manager did give us a break on price due to the time it took.

We got the 2 for $22. There was a hair in the ranch dressing that came with our onion rings. The ribs were overcooked and dry while our steak, ordered medium rare, was undercooked. The server was polite and professional although a bit slow. Another server could be seen taking quick bites of something at the stand. There's room for improvement here.

We had a large group so we called ahead. The tables weren't ready. Drinks took 20 minutes and appetizers were close to 45 minutes before they got to us. Food took an extra 30-45 minutes. It didn't come out together and lots of the orders were wrong. Food was cold and we were told there was no way to heat it up. My son spilled his drink and we asked for a mop to clean it up. We were told that there wasn't a mop so we did it with paper towels. 2 hours and 25 minutes with 9 kids was not a great experience.

Incredibly slow service, waitress did not write orders down and need to come out and check with us 15 minutes later, and then again 5 minutes later. Over an hour to actually get out food. Absolutely miserable experience. Would not recommend to anyone.
