I don't ever do bad reviews. But chili's 3 times in the last 2 months I had an issues no one going to read my post because of how long 1. I order my usual ribs with a side corn on the cob I got my plate I bit into the corn the corn on the cob was COLD I told the waitress he got me another corn it was COLD again I end up getting 3 cold corn before I actually got one the right way 2. I order steak and mashed with Mac and cheese I went to bite my steak it had a peace of hair wrap about my steak. I told the waitress she took my plate to get a new steak in the process the manager came out front saying he apologize but he doesn't think it was one of the cooks hair because no one in the back got black hair and second he said he discounted the plate which All he did was add the plate to the receipt and discount the second plate which is was only good on his end so they can see how many mistakes they make at night MANAGER SUCKS 3. I places a Togo order I didn't get my corn on the cob I didn't get my salsa I didn't get the side of butter I asked for I didn't get no forks I had to ask the waitress 4 times for everything they for got she was taking her time I waited 10 minutes to receive everything Chili's please do much better with customer service skills you guys need new manager.

The food SUCKED and the waiter SUCKED! First, my cousin wanted chicken wings ands after 30 min the waiter said they didn’t have any. Also, I got a burger with fries and the burger was burned and the fires took 20 min to come out and it was COLD. He didn’t even check on the table to make sure everything was good. He didn’t come to give us the check or anything so we had to pay off the check from the computers. There was no sign of the manager around until we where leaving but that was too late. The server was so late to get my drinks and my drink was wrong I ordered a lemonade ice tea and I got a Shirley temple. My other cousin got a salad and asked for more dressing and she has never got her dressing so she had to eat the dressing with barley any dressing. None of the people where happy at all and the cheese fries where very hard and she did not like it at because they where hard and cold. The burger buns where very very butter and the burger meat was hard and black. None of the experiments was good because the server sucked and the food took forever to come out and it was probably sitting and it was cold. I would like my money back and I don’t want to go there again. Thanks.

I haven't been to a Chili's in years so it took me a while to order. Let's say I ordered my lunch fajitas, chicken fajita soup and chips and salsa at 12:50. By 12:55 my chips were brought to the table followed by my soup maybe a minute later and then my fajitas maybe another minute later. The restaurant was dead why rush everyone out. Then when I did try the fajitas they had a chemical taste to them. The server knew there was something wrong and took it off the bill. No manager came over to ask what's wrong. That's fine. I won't go back.

Just left here with my family. Ordered a burger "medium", received "rare" and mushy and the fries cold. I informed my waitress who appplogized and seemed sincere. I didnt want another burger because I lost my appetite. Why am I giving a negative review? The manager on duty never bothered to stop by my table. Am I not a valued customer? Clearly he/she had more important things to do than address a customer. Will not return.

Waited 15 mins for fries, mashed potatoes. Then when we got them they were cold. We ordered wings, and our server came 20 mins later to tell us that they ran out. No apologies or anything. Horrible
