I mean... It's Chili's...

The thing that makes this one better than any other is the service. They haven't missed a beat and they've gone above and beyond multiple times.

If you are familiar with Chili's, this will feel like home. Great times there. We love the trivia. It isn't free at this location but it's only a few bucks.

I'm far more impressed with the quality of employees than the food. Not to say the food is bad. On the contrary, the food is delicious. You can just see the places they've decided to cut corners here and there. There's one employee in particular that went above and beyond for me two weeks ago and when I came in today he remembered my name and my son's name. That mans name is Charles, although I think he prefers Chuck. That man demonstrates excellent situational awareness and initiative. Both are very good qualities in the service industry. Kudos Chili's! The person in charge of hiring is doing it right.

I have not had any issues with the employees what so ever. They are actually pretry nice. The food on the other hand. Our burgers dripped with grease and it made me want to throw up. The food is either too greasy or looks and tastes fake.

We stopped coming to Chilis for a long time because we always had issues with our food and service, but we decided to give it another try after many many months and we met VICTORIA!! Man is she the absolute best, she is what won our hearts back to chilis! Best server, excellent customer service!! Only she can make some Long Island ice teas, and I love her!! She has become my friend!! I will be here to be with her from now on,!!
