Food is excellent. Service is famtastic. Your emailed discounts are amazing and helpul. If you would get rid of the machines for paying, etc., Chili's could rate 5 stars. Have had an issue that required an employee's help every visit..ruins the dining experience. At least give an option....to use or not to use if you refuse to make them go away.

Food was good. Out server Austin was excellent. Much better experience than our last visit to this location approx one month ago when food was cold and service poor. Glad we gave it another try.

We waited over 40 minutes for our food for 2 people. Our server told us the kitchen was short staffed and offered us chips and dip. While I appreciate them offering chips on the house for the wait it is still unacceptable that we waited that long. This is a normal for this restaurant. We always wait forever for our food and appetizer. When we have visited this restaurant before they brought the appetizer out with our entrees unacceptable. We won't be back due to the fact everytime we visit it's something!!!

Terrible service all the way around. Used to be good but not anymore. Waited 5 minutes for a hostess to show up. Finally sat ourselves at the bar. Waited 23 minutes for an appetizer. Came out cold and dried out from sitting too long. Waited 15 minutes more and still No appetizer. Got up to leave, told the waitress. No apology or acknowledgment. Manager, saw what was going on but turned away. The only attention I got was when I asked for the regional managers name and number.

We’ve tried multiple times. The service is always slow, the food is usually cold and never correct. We will not try again. I’d love to see something else in this location.
