I always sit in the bar area and I’ve always had great service from Sarah. This time. I go in to the same spot I always do and a server named Lisa sat me. She said Sarah isn’t working that section at the moment. Everything seemed okay until I finished my water and waited over 15 minutes to get a refill she forgot, funny thing is Sarah was walking by and refilled it for me seeing as my other server had been passing me by without asking or stopping. Sarah makes the bar area great and without her being there it seemed to have fallen apart. I’m very disappointed and won’t return until she is back in the bar. I spend a lot of money here and she always has a great attitude which is more than I can say about Lisa. Please don’t let this be permanent.

My husband and I have been here numerous times since the grand opening and have never once had a bad experience. After reading all the other reviews, im not sure we're visiting the same location. Maybe it's just that those people can't be pleased. The staff is very friendly, the food is great along with the prices. I will definitely always come back. Especially for the potato soup!

It was about 8pm on a Monday. It was not busy, we were sat immediately. It Took 15 minutes to get our drinks or to even be acknowledged by the staff. The only reason I even timed it was because it had happened to me before. My cousin loves chili's and that's the only reason I went back....never again.

Worst restaurant experience, EVER. I knew once we decided to dine here, there would a long wait time and somewhat overpriced food. The hostesses were nice and helpful, and they were right on the ball when they said a thirty minute wait time (typical for a Friday night). And the texting service for letting us know when our table was ready was good. When we sat down and our waitress came to our table she was friendly, but she asked me for my drink order, I told her I was still looking, so she went around to the other 8 people in my party, ordered their drinks, and then walked away without my order. She started bringing the mixed drinks and sodas to our group and that's when I had to tell her she forgot to take my order, and then placed my drink order. She also forgot my moms iced tea and brought her water instead. When it came time to receive our appetizers, we had to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring us plates. She brought out a salad for one, and she forgot soup for the other. Once the appetizers were done, she brought out the soup, but it was the wrong one. She handed the soup to my mom and it was chili with tortilla chips in it to be disguised as the chicken enchilada soup. She didn't tell my mom that they were out of the chicken enchilada soup until after she handed her the bowl. One of the mixed drinks had a piece of plastic floating in it, and we just picked it out trying to be nice. The waitress did offer to replace it but we didn't want to wait another ten minutes for a drink. When we got our meals after waiting an hour, the explosion salad was hot and wilting, and the chicken on it was cold. Another guest ordered the Cajun pasta without shrimp or chicken and there was chicken on it (and I'm sure we were charged for it). The steak we received was also as small as a chicken patty one would put on a sandwich. Another in our party did not even receive her food until we were all done eating already. She picked off our plates (which we allowed) but nobody even came to tell her that it was coming or anything. We had to tell the waitress her food was forgotten. After we paid, another in our party bit into a French fry and pulled a long hair out of her mouth from the French fry. She immediately went to vomit in the restroom. The service was horrible and we were apologized to by the manager, but we still probably spent a good chunk of change for sub par service and poor food.

Long wait time for them to even acknowledge that you've arrived. Then you're seated and obviously they have zero communication or protocol because, the waiter skips over you and greets whoever they come across first. Even if they were seated after you. Waiting for at least 10 minutes before they even come to take your drink order. We left because no one ever came. I'd rather make the drive to the 1960 location. They're either under staffed or badly managed, or both.
