This is the FOURTH week in a row that they have missed something in our order. We use Post Mates for delivery, but it's not their job to make sure every particle of food is accounted for. I understand things happen, but for it to be CONSISTENTLY happening is not good. The manager also had very little to say other than "this normally doesn't happen". I disagree. Our history of missing items disagrees. It's a shame because we have been ordering every week for our employees. Apparently it's time to find a new lunch location.

Was sat at a table in the dining area where we proceeded to wait well over 15 minutes. We were not greeted by a server, winked at, waved at, or anything. All of the tables surrounding us were dirty. Our drink orders were never taken and service was awful. This was at 8 pm, well past dinner rush hour. Poor service and this isn’t the first time.

Bacon n chicken quesadilas was dry like crackers. The waitress wasn't very friendly. The bacon cheese fries were good though! We also ordered the bacon burger med. Cooked and it arrived well done...

Service was atrocious. I can’t even tell you the waitresses name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag. As a group of 14 we ordered chips and salsa and ordered a second immediately when we got the first. It took 10 minutes and questioning to receive the second order. We also had to wait 15 minutes before the refilled even our waters, at which point almost everyone was empty. One couple in our group ordered a 2 for $22. This comes with an appetizer, which came a mere 2 minutes before our food. When our food came it came 2 adult meals, one kids meal, 5 minutes break, then the rest minus 2 adult, 1 kids meal and 1 side. We got the adult meals 4 minutes later, but had to wait a total of 15 minutes after the majority of our food came to get the last kids meal. Although the food was good. At the end the manager came over and was very sweet and polite.

Most recent visit had good service. They have removed a lot of items from the menu, it is much more concise, but takes away a lot of options too.
