It is located inside the entrance of Southwest side. They had all the selections in the Chili’s menu and a great view of the airport with attentive service. But the price was a little higher than outside. Vegetarian options: Salads
Great grab and go selections, including beer or pretty much full sit down bar/table options. Right through TSAFood: 5/5
Photos of the menu included. Do not go here thinking the prices will be the same as your local chili's. The prices are higher, a lot higher on some of the items. Others it seems more minimal. Of most of my meals during my entire trip to Ohio this was the second most expensive. The margaritas were good, so were fajitas, and the egg rolls were okay. My problem isn't the price or the food but the lack of professionalism in the staff on duty. I have been in airport chili's that were far more crowded but they didn't want to be there, the took forever to wait on us, and there were many dirty tables. We decided to sit at the bar to get quicker?? service but it took her time to acknowledge us and finally get out order. The app took a long time to come out, but dinner was quicker. We were early for our flight so we were not in a time constraint but this would be a problem for other consumers. I feel that anyone who takes a job at an airport should know how these businesses function and stop verbally complaining out it in front of guests.
This is a pretty good little "Chili's" Too located in the John Glenn Columbus International Airport right next to gates A1 and A2. I had the mushroom and swiss burger and it was very good and cooked to perfection. It came with fries and those were perfect as well. They have a nice assortment of beers on tap as well as in bottles. Seems like the Patron Margarita is a favorite here. The also have a To-Go walk up and order station located next to the entrance for those who just want to grab something and head to the gate. The bartenders and servers are very friendly and attentive. I had a very good experience here and recommend you pop in if you have some airport downtime.
Chili's should be embarrassed at this menu and service. There are very few options for food and after ordering online, I had to ask for napkins twice and sour cream 3 times. I ended up getting my own napkins. After all of that, I ordered guacamole and chips and the chips were stale. If not for the fact that this is the only restaurant in the terminal with alcohol, I would choose ANYWHERE else
Everyone was very nice . Had great service and everything was super clean . Burgers were amazing like all chili's are they don't disappoint. Got to watch mechanics work on plane awsome view
Food was great. Atmosphere was interesting especially if you're an old airplane fan and I am. Thought it was a unique restaurant but turns out they're more in California and Florida
Great place to get some food and drinks before your flight. Only breakfast served till 10 AM, which is slightly disappointing. But the food and service is generally very good.
Service was spectacular from Marissa bar service, Keke back of the house chef, Vaughn Manager, but the waitress on duty at the time ignored me the whole time so again the staff i mentioned sprung into action to make my experience memorable and appreciatedFood: 5/5
The picture of this almost $14 salad speaks for itself. I have loved Chili’s salads for years as they are typically full of great toppings in no short supply. This salad is the exact opposite. Minimal toppings, almost all white iceberg lettuce and just plain not worth it
