It’s started off horrible and this was my sign to walk out. My nephew said he want stay and dine. May 8. 2024 around 6:30 the hostess walked up and asked how many in your party? No hello, no welcome! Stone face. She tossed the menus on the table and walked away. Martha was our server and all can say is this place needs a serious rehab on customer service. The customer service here is the lowest I’ve ever experience. It’s no wonder why the rating is low. I had to ask for water over and over. The food had absolutely no flavor. The woman’s bathroom had no hand soap no paper towels, no hand dryer. For the flavorless food and the price of the food such matches. This best thing I can say about this location is free parking. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!  Parking: This is the only good thing about my visit was free parking and plenty of it.

It was very busy for a Wednesday. We went here for our Anniversary. The food was okay but we didn't really eat. We used takeout containers. I felt that the tables were too close. So we were uncomfortable & decided to go. We came in the door closest to where we parked. Well it was like we entered through the garage  so to me the doors were at a odd angle. Backwards it seemed. We probably will never return. It was approximately $90.00 for 2 plates!! The only thing we really liked was the chips & salsa.

Chili's Carson.....the service was very good the ladies greeting the customers were amazing,kind and very accommodating. I met friends there for a fundraiser and we had a good time. I can 't remember the name of the drink but it was delicious .

Heard they were known for good burgers. The burger was dry and zero flavor. You better off going to Carl's Jr.Food: 1/5

The food was great, but the service is sadly terrible. It seemed like our waitress was ignoring us, and every time she would come our way, she would speed walk by our table but acknowledge other tables next to us.  I'm not sure why that happened, but it made me feel extremely invisible.Food: 5/5

When we walked in, the person said, "How many? We told her 3. She didn't say, hi, or hello. She walked to a table, threw the menu on the table & walked away. She didn't say ur waiter will be with u or anything. Our waitress came & took our drink order. When she came with the drinks, & took our food order & we asked for water. A very nice guy served our food, so we asked for water again. He was on it  & put 3 glasses of water on the table with a smile. thz   This was a celebration for my grandsons & my second time at this location. Both experiences was a big disappointment.   Also, they should ck their bathroom,  there was no soap in the dispenser & no paper towels to wipe ur hands. Thank God I had hand sanitizer!!!

A super great shout out to the server Melquis who served my table yesterday with a great attitude and personality. He did not hesitate to check in with me and my friend to see if we needed anything and was very caring and responsive to our concerns. I look forward to eating at this Chili’s again and hope to have him as our server. Thanks for making him a part of your team

Waitress was very attentive, courteous, made sure me and my cousins was taken care of and love that the food I took home to go was hot still for my grandmother to enjoy for her mother's day giftFood: 4/5
