My wife and I come to this location often. The drinks were good and the service was excellent. However, the molten chocolate cake never disappoints.
Friendly and good service, good food at very good prices. Chicken fajitas are excellent, and the chocolate molten dessert is excellent. They make a wonderful burger, too! Check out the 3 for me deal and add 2 frozen margaritas which is provided as a $2.49 up-charge. Ashley is a terrific server and one of the reasons we keep going back! She is very friendly, efficient and accurate! And it is obvious that she enjoys what she is doing! Parking: Plenty of free parking, which is conveniently located all around the restaurant.
First I was given the wrong margaritas and let that slide, but THIS??! Like WHERE’S my food? These are scraps! Barely even a cup of rice. We got left overs. This is sad AF.
Waitress Alyssa on Saturday for lunch could not have been bothered with our table of four as she had a "table of twelve, but I'll be around" She wasn't.. for anything. I ended up having to get extra napkins, and to go boxes myself. We had to ask a different server for beverage refills. Cajun chicken pasta had no seasoning on chicken.. My sister lactose free had ordered a burger without cheese, it arrived with cheese.. the waitress didn't check on it EVER. VERY disappointing.
Could have received 5 stars overall but the female hostess that was working at about 7pm Saturday evening was very rude. If someone doesn't like a seat giving then respectfully change it but no she had to be rude. Thanks to another employee that intervened and we also sat at the bar. The server at the bar was AWESOME!! #Powercouple
The manager knowingly brought my food out cold, I order the sizzling steak ans shrimp the triple dipper. The food was cold, nothing sizzling and his attitude told me that he didn't care. My server Melissa was amazing, she tried to fix the issue but my disappointment was too far. You could see how cold the steak and the rice was, the onion was completely raw just thrown on the hot plate. Just unacceptable and sad that has a manager wouldn't have taken the time out to ensure that all customer was satisfied. Every item on our trip dipper was also cold. Very very disappointing
The food is always amazing, the corn I ordered to-go comes salted, peppered and buttered and all wrapped up piping hot. It’s made with love, that’s all I can really say & Thank you all , the servers are super friendly, I recommend the SLW location!
Amazing sports food and service just like most Chili's I've been to. I recommend the house regular margaritas. They always get it right.Food: 5/5
