Excellent food & awesome service for lunch today! A top favorite chain for us, we’ve eaten at many Chili’s from Japan to the USA…some good, some great, and some fair. This Madison Chili’s seems to be one of the great ones if we base it off our lunch experience from today!
Order curbside. Order didn't take long and it was correct HOWEVER, the broccoli on my order was overcooked and had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever. I don't know if they have a shortage on potatoes but as you can see from the pics I posted. Hadn't eaten anything off my plate. Tenders were not as big as I remember them being but they were ok. Overall...nothing to spectacular about this visit..sorry
I went in today a little after lunch time. I was seated at a nasty table. Asked for napkins to wipe off the seat. The waitress Jasmine had an attitude after I asked placed them down and walked off. You would think she would assist with wiping it off. She didn’t come back and see if I needed anything until she saw my facial expressions. By this time, it was time to go.The food was good but the customer service is horrible coming from the waitress. It will be long time before I eat here again. The hostess was very nice and the bald guy with the orange shirt was as well. The waitress needs better training.
The food was good. Wait was too long. My card was run 5xs before the system acknowledged the transaction. The staff looked harried and stressed which is the norm most places these days, bless their hearts. They did great but you can tell they need more hands.
Chips and Salsa is what keeps us coming to Chilli’s….and this stop was no exception ….the other food we ordered was good….hubby had the ribs…..and I had a burger….all food was good….our server was on the ball taking care of us….what I noticed was people waiting to be seated…us included….and a ton of empty tables….whats up with that? We will still go to Chillis…..but if on a time crunch….might not be our first choice !!
Hostess and bartenders are rude every time I come for Doordash or as a customer. Management not seen around much supervising... Must be in the back managing some papers instead of the staff when it's busy. ‍Food: 4/5
Update 9/19/2020 My Wife and I stop at chili's in Madison Mississippi an wow what a super Great place from the time we walk in to and got out table the staff was outstanding and this place was hopping Our waitress was the bartender and did a awesome great job and the Management Mr Scott was busing tables and stop at out table to get us some drinks. And the food was so great and cooked rite. Thanks to the staff at Chili's. Hey All we had a mid day lunch at Chilli's had there sampler platter and was greatlunch so enjoy
The food looked nice and tasty but it was not as flavorful as it seemed. I had the Cajun pasta with chicken and I added shrimp. It tasted like microwave noodles. We were there in the middle of the afternoon at 1 the service and point out the lunch menu are any of the lunch specials.
Food was good, but service was not. We waited 15 minutes and no one even came to our table. I understand busy, but someone at least needs to come to the table and let you know. I had to go to the hostess stand. I was very nice about it too. But the service didn't get better.
Went to a Chili's out in MO and the food was as far as I remember.......but this time the food was freakin awful.... our waiter was very nice and she apologized and offered to let us get something else by that time, I was done, done.....Food: 1/5
