We had an amazing time at this location! My husband and I came in to watch the NBA All Star Game. Azlin was an amazing server. I recommend a 10star if I could! She was trying her best to connect the audio but it wasn’t working and we understood. For a busy night, she was fast and answered our questions. We also had a really nice guy who would bring out our food and he was extremely nice and welcoming. I also would love to mention the Host. She the first person to greet us and mentioned a time that we would be seated and it was faster than expected. She helped us with the menu. As a new resident to FL, I loved the service and know where I’ll be going often. Thanks Guy!!
Came here the night before our flight back to Canada. We had the 2 for $25 meal, we got the deep fried pickles, the bacon and chicken quesadilla, a bacon burger and the cheese cake not shown in the pictures. We also got the triple dippers... I think they are called that. The triple dippers ... The southwestern eggs rolls are to DIE for, So good!!! The honey chipotle crispers are good too. The bacon and chicken quesadilla was low key bland, didn't really taste like anything and the bacon burger was decent. The fried pickles were good too would recommend those. Overall the service was 10% decent. The restaurant was half empty but we had to wait 20 minutes.... WHAT?! And the service that was there was slow. They need to hire more staff... Other than that decent outing, but would be better if the service was faster and the mains had a lil more flavor. 6.5/10 would recommend
We recently visited this location for our favorite Southwestern Egg Rolls and also tried the new Smokehouse Trio platter. The only thing off was that the egg rolls were a little doughy on the bottom and we think we got regular ranch instead of the avocado ranch they’re supposed to be served with. But neither of those were a deal breaker for us and we enjoyed our meal. Our server was also very sweet! We’ve been here previously and we’ll be back again. I will say the restaurant does need some TLC. Booths are torn, the restroom needs a deep cleaning, and there are other things that could use updating/replacing but overall nothing concerning.
On my way home from work I picked up a to-go order. I was for waiting for 10 minutes for them to bring it to me. The guy gave it to me all hurried with everything tied up. When I got home I saw that my food was absolutely awful! It looked as if someone was eating from the food I ordered. I called and spoke to someone who didn’t seem genuine about helping me get a refund. Please avoid this place. Don’t make the mistake I did. This use to be a great restaurant, but it’s slowly gone down hill these past few years.
Our server, kelly, was also the bartender. When we got there we went and sat at a high top in the bar because there was a 20 minute wait for a table. Keep in mind the restaurant was probably only one third full. I assume that's because of the lack of the ability to hire and keep servers. Either way, Kelly was good and the food was very good.
Our server Mike was great and his communication was on point! The kid menu had plenty of options for our child and the prices of everything was super reasonable. Food came out sizzling and smelt/tasted amazing! Recommend for anyone in Orlando, especially if you’re staying by the airport!Recommended dishesChips & Salsa, Steak Fajitas
It used to be a nice place to eat but lately they dropped the ball a lot. I am allergic to shrimp and when I ordered the Fajitas of chicken and steak less than one month, they sent me chicken and shrimp. The only thing that I could eat was the beans. My frustration is that it happened twice and the restaurant was almost empty. I cannot understand the mistake. And people over there used to be very friendly and efficient but now, no commitment at all. The restaurant simply don't care if someone will be intoxicated with food. Not coming back in this restaurant anymore and I would recommend another Chili's with the hope to find something better than this one in Semoran.
We had a delivery from this restaurant and when we received our food, the packaging was awful, the amount of food was almost very little. We called and they said to come over so they can give us a new meal and when we got there, the manager didn't even say hi how are you. He had a scowl on his face and was talking to us in a rude manner. awful customer service!!!!! My mother even called twice to get a refund because door dash is only give us $2.00 back and they left us on hold and the phone "has dropped" both times.
Great, fun place to go eat. Terrific staff and the food was just right with taste and presentation. Love the decor. We were seated right away even though it seemed to be a busy afternoon due to Veteran's Day.
One star because the waitress was friendly. We were a party of 4, my husband and I and our 7 & 16 year old ordered an appetizer, 4 drinks, but only 2 meals fajitas and kids meal the fajitas pico de gallo didn’t even come with lettuce or guacamole, and the pico de gallo looked like only a third of the portion. The meat was barely warm, not steaming fresh. To top it off the waitress asked if we wanted it all on one check? I’ve never been asked that, specially considering there was only 2 meals ordered.
