Waitress was great. Food was something I wouldn't feed to a stray dog. Then when I paid an up charge of $1+ this is what I was served. Check picture. Chicken tasted like it was cooked the week before. Probably because they aren't fast enough to actually make food fresh. Portions of the sides for the nachos were laughable! I could sneeze more than I was served. Very disappointing... I used to like this place...  Features: Nothing.

Great family night at Chili’s. Nice place to eat with many different choices of appetizers, meals, desserts and drinks.  The Mexican street corn was fire. It was sooo delicious   We had a great experience along with a really cool waiter.

Had soup and salad , all the soups were good. The server was very helpful . I really like the chicken enchilada soup.

Great service, good flavor, Interesting new menu.  Food was not completely hot upon reaching the table. Some things could have been more crispy and crunchy as they were intended,  but it seems some things were waiting on other stuff to be prepared.  Overall,  a very good, very pleasant experience.

Burgers were very over cooked. Server never asked how we wanted them cooked. Ordered cheesecake and asked for strawberries. Cake came out with strawberry sauce. Which was fine. I just think the server should have told us they don't have strawberries only the sauce. Our food took forever. We were there over 2 hours.  Coffee tasted like it was warmed in the microwave. I never give bad reviews, but this time I couldn't help it.

We order here frequently.. and the other night we order 2 steaks a 10oz sirloin and a 6oz sirloin... and unfortunately the steaks were so small I had to go to get tacobell right after because we were still hungry. Also, mine was supposed to be medium and my husband was supposed to be medium well.. and they were switched. Usually it's great... but this time was disappointing.

Recently visited and found they are greatly improved.  Cleaner looking delivered drinks and refills promptly.  Food was hot a delicious.  The soup and salad was fresh.  The big mouth chicken sandwich and its secret sauce.  Absolutely on my list to try again. Service is a team effort and the are winners on team.  Features: They need to work on wiping things down.  Like end cap rails.  Work stations and waiting areas all of it.  Would encourage managers to check teammebers area&#39;s shifts ending. Certainly would improve cleanliness if managers cared more.  Observation made by 8 year dedicated costumer. AKA -Weikel family.

I was not happy about my experience there. The waitress was either tired or just didn't care . She didn't bring my drink , forgot what my mother ordered and just didn't pay attention. I understand how that goes but you still have a job to do and not make the customer feel unwanted. We didn't even say anything about the food because we were frustrated. I'm sure if you go there you might have a better experience than we did .

Chili's has become our go to when we are shopping at Lowe's on a Sunday. The menu is plentiful and diverse although I'm guilty of usually ordering the Smokehouse Combo.  We did hear on our most recent visit that the Chicken Crispers are losing the option of the Waffles which my wife and I both enjoy.  We tend to sit at the bar and enjoy chatting with the bartenders who are friendly and prompt.

Ate here last 2 visits to area & food was outstanding. This visit the Skillet Queso tasted off and little meat and chips so thin kept breaking up. The chicken ranch quesadillas were chicken-less and artificial tasting. Your soda tasted like it is made with sulfur water- do they use filtered water? Other all not a pleasant meal.Food: 1/5
