This place is wonderful! Super friendly staff. We witnessed a Karen yelling for no reason and the manager kept his calm. The waiter repeatedly apologized for everything, which was completely unnecessary, but it was very appreciated. She was very kind, and actively engaged in conversation with us. Even with only three servers, they got out our food quickly, and it was absolutely amazing. We Enjoyed every bite. Really appreciate all the employees, and how well they treated us. Definitely made our night.
Go ahead and wait a few months for the turnover in cooks. We're all sick. The bartender was great. The servers were good. The food was scary. Skilit queso was served cold like never cooked in the first place. Food: 1/5
The look the hostess gave us when we walked in said "Go Away." Then she sat us at a dirty table. The server came to get our drink order & we moved to a different table that was clean while she was gone. They are obviously short staffed but our waitress did a great job & the food was good. When we tried to pay the machines were all mixed up & she had to find one that would work on our table. There was another group having the same issue as we were leaving.
We had an okay time. Always impressed with the roasted street corn and thought they had a great salsa. Drink menu is excellent. Was bummed to learn they no longer have the chicken and waffles. We had a wait even though only a couple tables were occupied and the service left a lot to be desired. Parking: Parking is large and convenient. Parking lot is messy and overgrown.
My family and I were in and out in less than 45 minutes.. great waitress serving us.. my issue was my mashed potatoes were brown and my broccoli was cold . Today was my daughter's birthday the Barbecue sauce had a weird taste. We think the cook might have been a bit tired or something. We had better food in the past here but we won't be returning after this experience
This was the worse dining experience I’ve ever had at a Chili’s. Stood there about 5-10 mins to even get seated. Mind you no one was waiting or at the hostess stand. Our waitress was awful. She couldn’t get our order straight. We went our whole meal without a refill. Never got checked on during the whole time we were eating or got asked if the food was okay. Felt pretty much invisible. I will never go back to this location.
My food was good, however, our server brought out our entries first and our appitizers late and last without communicating that with me. He wasn't rude, just not attentive. He walked past our table numerous times, not once asking how everything was goin and I had to ask several times for refills. To make matters worse, the area was EXTREMELY cold and we were told that there was nothing that could be done. It felt like outside dining.
Came during lunch time yesterday, 12/26, waiting to be seated for several minutes and was never greeted so we left. We chalked it up to being the day after Christmas, they looked short staffed. So we went back the next day, 12/27. Same experience, we waited a good minute to get seated, but we did eventually get sat. Immediately the server took our drink order as soon as we sat, but it took over 15+ minutes to receive a pop and a water. She dropped the drinks off, and ran by, even though we were clearly ready to order. Our menus were closed and we were twiddling our thumbs. Another 30 minutes pass and she finally comes by to take our order. I ordered the 3 for me, which includes an appetizer. I chose a soup, which you'd think would be right out. Nope. We waited another 20 minutes and at this point we had been there for over an hour and only had our drinks. We decided to call it and take our business elsewhere. I look at the little kiosk on the tables and I can see she hadn't even entered out food, only the drinks. I paid my measley tab and left. There were a total of 2 servers, and maybe 8 tables. And you could tell the rest of the patrons were getting frustrated with the wait as well. It wasn't very busy so I have no idea what the issue is. We won't be returning to this Chili's location, and I'd encourage you to skip it as well. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Bridgewater falls location and save yourself the headache.
Music was a little loud. Server couldn't or wouldn't slow down long enough to understand what we wanted to eat. She tried to give me fries and corn as sides with my Fajitas. My wife ordered a beer with oranges and lemons and received a beer mug full of ice to drink it out of for some reason.Food: 4/5
Good example of a local staff giving a national brand a bad name. From being greeted with "We're on a wait list" no hello, or good evening, just "We've got a wait list" to the frijita meat that was over cooked and tougher than shoe leather, this was the worst visit to Chili's I've ever experienced. We were forced to wait in the entrance of the restaurant for 20 minutes while there was a large number of empty tables and places at the bar. Restaurant was not clean...numerous dirty tables and the floor needed sweeping. Several staff members were seen standing around not doing a lot while the manage scrambled around trying to cover the poor work of the rest of the staff. When we spoke to manager he was apologetic and corrected a mistake on the bill caused by hostess starting the games on the table terminal. We will not be going back.
