Our son chose to come here for his birthday. Service was awesome. Food was fantastic. And they sung happy birthday to him and gave him a free sundae!Food: 5/5

5-10-24  After a 20 minute wait we were seated and drinks were ordered quickly.  We placed our food orders when the drinks were brought out.  Even though the place was full as in there was even a wait for the bar! our food was out in less than 10 minutes.  I have been in other Chilis that took almost 20 minutes when it was virtually empty. The food was correct, hot and delicious.  It was a nice ending to a 10 hour drive.  I wish the hotel had been half as nice

So good! I got the soup salad combo & feel great, it tasted great & my friend got an Alfredo pasta! Friendly, attentive server & would return, thank youuu!!Food: 5/5

I had to ask twice for a refill. And the table next to us seemed to be getting treated better. They never asked for refills and got some before they even finished drinking their drink. I'm not saying that all the service is bad, but just this time when we went, it wasn't even that crowded, the waitress we had just wasn't paying us as much attention as others.  I'm not saying she was bad, just distracted with helping the bigger tables first.  Also, the only thing I expect from wait staff is to refill my drink. I could care less if they ask me how my food is or anything like that. Just keep my drink full. I will flag you down if I need something from you or if my food isn't good.

This place was a absolute let down we went after church. We waited to be seated, and then we got a waitress that wasn’t attentive. We got one refill throughout the whole entire Meal. Then the food that I ordered was really tough and disgusting. The waitress was more focused on a bigger table that she had instead of on us, or any other table oh, the only time she was attentive to us, was whenever it came to paying the bill!! I would not recommend this place to anybody. It has been a while since we came, and it will be a while again.

Not the best Chili's I have visited and far from the worse. I've gone here now for a few years and I will call it a middle of the road type of location. The wait staff has always been friendly but on average they do just enough but you may get that one trhat will go above and beyond.  I've never had an order messed up but there have been times it seemed as if portion sizes will vary depending on when you go. All and all I'm sure I will be back to this location again in the future.

They have great lunch specials @ $10.  Drink is $2.99, but drink water.  I had enchilada soup and chicken tex mex bowl.  It was really goodFood: 5/5

Ate here tonight with my family, our server Addison was smiling and friendly and on top of it. She was handling a large area of people and continued to provide excellent customer service despite the rude people complaining. Shout out to Addison and her smiling face.Food: 5/5
