Food was ok. Service was slow. Had a girl seat us. A guy take our order. Another guy brought the drinks. Another guy brought the food. Took a long time to find one of them to get refills on our drinks. Wasn't even that busy. I'd go to a different location.Food: 4/5
As far as chain restaurants are concerned, a four star review is pretty good. Service was excellent. Food was decent. Its been better,it's been worse, no complaints....but it was exactly what we needed on a Sunday afternoon in February. Off the diet delicious easy food at a place where we only needed to mostly behave, wear something that resembles pants and get the hell out of the house! So thank you Chili's on Talmadge Rd. We salute you. Dietary restrictions: Have quite a few good GF options on their menu, however they have a stupid inconvenient to look them up.
The food was amazing, the waiters were patient and respectful. I will admit my order was wrong and I ended up with a Steak of some sort that was cooked medium rare which was far from what I asked for, it did taste good though. The bacon burger was huge and had a lot of flavor personally not my favorite but I can see why people like it. The AlfredoIdk what it was was very good. Oh, the potato’s with the steak tasted so good they tasted like backed potatoes but mashed. The entire experience at chilis was great. Wheelchair accessibility: There aren’t any stairs around the place, there’s small ramps to get in and out. I didn’t see the bathrooms but I believe the toilets are accessible.
This place has gone to the dogs. Ribs has NO meat on them at all. Sauce was sour. Potatoes were cold & rock hard. Server was lazy and incompetent. Drink order was completely screwed up. I don't think it will be open very much longer since they can't get their signature dish right. Meatless ribs!!Food: 1/5
Believe it or not, this is the first time I've been to a Chilis. I'm mainly on the West Coast and I guess they aren't a thing out there. But, this is like a Red Robin, same idea. Food was meh, but they did have a BlackBerry Margarita that was actually very good. I have been spoiled by Margaritas in Mexico that America has failed to even come close to, but this was good! The waitress was very cool and friendly.
Horrible experience. Very rude waiter! Had to put our order in twice because the first time he wiped it out of his hand held device. Never checked on us, had plates every where didn't refill drinks. Somehow the table behind us got our bill on their kiosk thing and paid it. So the manager told us we had to pay their bill but we lucked out because it was 3.00 cheaper! What? We didn't even know our total because we never saw a bill! Then my brother ordered a queso to go and needed the white queso because there is no meat in it. He was taking it back to my sister in law and she can't eat meat. Well the queso came out with meat! Good thing he checked before we left! Before that the waiter told us he got a big table and didn't know if he could get our to go containers for awhile! I don't think he was cut out to be a server, got flustered too easily. Bad experience all the way around. Probably won't be going back for awhile! Definitely needs to be trained in customer service.
How is this location of a famous restaurant even open. The cook and service sucks bad. Our food wasn't done and they didn't put enough in the pick up. Even my grandbabies burger wasn't done and that's a little paddy of meat. After spending 100$ you would think service and food would be wonderful. We work hard for our money. Then to spend it with this Chili's on Talmage rd his and embarrassment to that business.
I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience here. I have eaten a LOT of Chili's over the years including from this location and this location's food has has gone downhill significantly. Quesadilla was so wet it was hardly edible, fajitas were overcooked, and skillet queso had no flavor. Wait staff were friendly but tremendously inattentive despite being pretty slow. At least their chips were tasty, that's the only reason I didn't rate as 1 star.
The chicken fajitas were delicious. The chips and salsa were fresh. The mini chocolate bundt cake was perfect for one. Parking: More than enough spots. Kid-friendliness: Kids menus are available. Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.
No beer on tap. ordered smokehouse combo three. Chicken crispers, Cheddar sausage, And ribs. Got the two cheapest meats. No ribs.Food: 1/5
