Everything was over fried. Chicken crispers are no longer chunks of breast meat fried up, and they are terrible in comparison. And you have to pay extra for 5 or 6 now, when 6 used to be standard. No more corn on the cob, Mac n cheese instead. Less than a cups worth, and a joke of an amount of fries for the side. No wonder no one talks about Chili's anymore.

Chili's in West Palmdale location is way better for service and food than the Lancaster location for some reason. Come here often, they have watermelon margaritas and  the "  3 for ME" menu. Good value, it's always nice to get out and have a decent dinner. Food: 5/5

Came here for brunch with my husband ordered two of the three for me, smasher burgers, and chips and salsa. Christian was our waiter; our food was brought out precise to order and blistering hot within eight minutes of our sitting down. There is a mustard allergy in my family and Christian and the manager both had no issues bringing us out the entire ingredient list of everything we asked for. This is the only Chili’s I will ever come to again! And this will be a weekly date night for us! Thanks to the management, mad love to the chef, and 10 out of 10 stars to Christian! You guys were absolutely AMAZING and we will definitely be back!!! pardon the photos they were halfway through the meal as it was so delicious we couldn’t wait!!!

Gino was very kind and patient but my friend and I ordered the triple dipper appetizer and the whole time we were sat, we never got it. I’m pretty sure this was the manager working tonight but it was some woman who even came out with our entrees and asked if we needed anything else, so I mentioned how we didn’t get our appetizer. She asked if we still wanted it and I simply said yes but she then proceeds to give me a dirty look, says it’ll be out in a minute, never gave it to us and didn’t even apologize to us for not getting it before the entree. We didn’t see her again for the rest of our dinner. Gino looked very busy with taking orders and working behind the bar as well and he came by often to tell us the appetizer would be out soon but later he ended up finding out it wasn’t even on our order? So nobody made it even though we told the manager. We also waited 40 minutes before any food even came out and it wasn’t even busy on this Wednesday night. The people who were seated after us got their food quicker than we did.

Update: STOP TAKING MY FOOD AWAY WHEN I USE THE BATHROOM!!!!!!  UPDATE with second and third visit: i'm glad that I went back and I have adjusted my review accordingly. On my second instance I was sat in the bar and had a very helpful and attentive server. The salad still wasn't anything to write home about but it did the job but once again the entrées were amazing as I had a massive burger that took me great effort to delightfully get through. It filled me up and was an amazing experience. but crowning moment came last Friday as I went during a heavy crush of customers and didn't have to wait too long but was well attended to buy my server. I told her that I had certain allergies and issues with the food and she was very attentive in making sure that everything was OK for me. She made special accommodations which I deeply appreciate it. I wish I could single her out for special recognition. I felt very well taken care of. From that first unfortunate time, every subsequent visit to Chili's has been splendid.  First visit: only three stars. It's like it's everyone's first time working here. So strange...  Some random person was the only one filling my drinks and some guy came up as though he wandered into the restaurant and I guess he was my server. I didn't get the sense of being served the whole night. And it took me so long to even get a drink. When the food did arrive it was actually fine I liked it but there was way too little of it but it was really good. The service was an embarrassment though. Paying was so confusing.

I was surprised by how good, hot, and fresh the smashed burger was. Also, the size is a very large portion. The single patty is probably satisfactory for people.Food: 5/5

Food was very good. My toast was on the burnt side but it was Friday night I understand cooks sometimes are swamped. Prices are fair and had some margaritas. Service was very goodFood: 4/5

Our server was very not active. Poor customer service. Didn’t say his name at all to us. Forgot stuff on our order. Staff member was about six feet tall. When we engage him on issue he shrug in irritation. Then came back to change his tone to us. Like where is the customer service were is the friendly environment. This why I prefer the Chili’s in Santa Clairta …. My mother was waitress for many years but this guy didn’t do anything right !

Best Chili’s in the Av don’t bother going to the Lancaster one has terrible service & lazy staff but this one has great staff and it’s a good experience overall very good margaritas.Food: 5/5
