Waited 15min, lady told me off out loud to give her a minute, but proceeded to take orders from other tables. Would've walked out if she made me wait another minutes after almost 30min to take my order. Then confused our order after another 20min wait. Lady next table had to wait 15min to order and almost missed her flight after a 40min wait for her food.
So your standard Chili's in an airport, generally not much to write a review about because you know what you're getting. But our server, Heather, was absolutely amazing. We did not have to wait for anything! She was so quick and attentive and I know how busy and hectic working in an airport restaurant must be but she absolutely went above and beyond, and deserves a raise for sure because she made this Chili's stand out for us weary travelers!
If I could give negative stars, I would. First of all, they do not have the complete Chilis menu..just burgers & apps. Sat at the bar & it took 15 minutes for bartenders, Michelle & Tina, to even acknowledge us. Ordered wings & a burger. The wings came out ice cold...had them sent back & they came back luke-warm. 52 minutes later we received our burger, again luke-warm & it was the wrong burger we ordered. Fries were swimming in grease. During this fiasco, we had to listen to Tina gossip about other employees & act quite unprofessional. One lady sat next to us & had the right idea to leave after she didn't get acknowledged for 15 minutes. What a $hit-Show!
It's a Chili's, not much else to say; it's basically the same as a Max and Ermas or Applebees. That said being an airport Chili's there is a reduced menu and expanded prices.Food: 4/5
Christine was amazing and she was so friendly with great sense of humor. We ordered classic breakfast and it was delicious. I recommend Chili’s for having a nice meal in Detroit airport.
I was pleasantly surprised with the food here! It was hot, tatsy and quick. We had a platter appetizer and the chicken waffles, and margarita grilled chicken. It was all great. The service was fast.
Brittany and Linda were hustling. I could see they were short staffed but never felt like they were. Constantly moving and on top of it. 5 stars!
Bartender is not a bartender. She’s entitled to a tip because you inconvenienced her by showing up. Wish she could work streetside so she could get a taste of what real bartenders do! Can I have my tip back? You’re welcome!
Fast service and good food, that was reasonably priced. Limited menu, but it was adequate with the variety of menu items offered.
