Today (3/10/18) I was pampering my daughter for her 16th birthday. There were 3 of us. My sister and daughter had facials that they enjoyed and all of the girls were super nice. We all 3 had pedicures and then myself and my daughter had manicures. Unfortunately the quality of the final product left much to be desired. The polish our my toes is streaky and uneven and my French manicure was completely uneven and messy. we were not given the option to wash our hands after having the nails filed. It took quite a long time and I felt rushed (even thought there was no where I could go) because there was someone waiting to get a spray tan. For $490+with tip I expect much more. I have my nails done every 3 weeks but this was a special treat for my daughter. I made the appointment at your spa because I expected a high end experience and unfortunately was very disappointed.

I had my first Photo Facial session at Chill today and I couldn't be more excited! I decided to look into this service due to some broken capillaries and unwanted redness on my face that I was hoping to address before I get married this year. Going into my session, I had a ton of questions about the whole process, but I felt really comfortable when I found that not only were my questions and concerns welcomed, but they were also answered very knowledgeably. Jamie was extremely informative and knowledgeable when walking me through everything and really took the time to explain the service, the steps, and the technology to me. The process itself was a breeze – quick and with instant results! I am going to come back for 2-3 more sessions to continue my progress, but I can say that even as of tonight I have noticed quite a decrease in my redness and I'm most amazed by the fact that I can barely see the main broken capillary that I went in for!!!! I have been using concealer to cover it up all my life and just like that, it's barely there! What an amazing service and experience!!! To finish off my night, Jamie and I took a picture together right before I left and I literally said to the girls that I could actually see a difference with my skin in the picture! If this is what I've already been able to see for results, I cannot wait for my next session!!

Great service, kind staff, very accomadating, they got my wife in at the last minute for both a pedicure and make up session on a Saturday of all day. Going to be returning to chill spa.
