This is not a place to go alone or at night. Go to another place that’s better lit and has more people with kids and dogs. During the day when small children and parents are around is best. I’ve heard about gunfire but I didn’t hear it. In a word of caution , hang out someplace else unless you’re practicing with your basketball TEAM. Never let a teenager go alone too.

Not the best park but it’s doable you definitely have to watch your surroundings best to take your kids to Royal Palm or Wellington have the best parks there

Beautiful old banyan trees, covered central pavilion, recently paved 0.85 mi jogging trail, playground, basket ball court, disabled tennis court.
