Love the food and the staff. Really great egg rolls and fried rice varieties like the Thai Basil fried rice. Today I had the basil beef. Good and a reasonable spice level. Really friendly and fun place, good when our families get together.

Top Asian restaurant in Mundelein. Don't let the ugly channel letter sign or horrible vinyl graphics on the windows fool you. Walk in and you would think you are downtown Chicago at a three Michelin star restaurant. Come here with my family and all we say it's, well have the usual. Knowing our usual meal after the third time going is good service. Fortune cookie time is super fun. Almost think they have pick them for us because they are always true.

First and last. Drive the extra mile to Yumi sushi. Made the mistake of ordering two rolls. The dragon roll was slimy and had a funky smell to it. Daughter did not eat it. I had the spider roll and again the funky smell was there, the roll was too thick. Almost all rice. The crab tasted old and stinky.... Also ordered the cucumber salad, pad Thai and pot stickers. The pot stickers had been microwaved, the thickness of them was overwhelming and just disgusting. The pad Thai was a mess of overcooked Thai noodles with no flavor whatsoever. And the cucumber salad. Well, after spending $50 on the above, that was the best thing of the whole order. NEVER AGAIN and I suggest you don't either!

Stopped in for lunch. Wonton soup was good with fresh and flavorful green onions. Ordered Kung Pao combo and it was very good. They say spicy and they mean it. Chicken, beef, shrimp all cooked well with spicy sauce and crunchy cooked vegetables. Give it a try if you like the spicy stuff.
