Hands down the best Chinese food you will find in the area. For a local Chinese takeout place, the quality of food is excellent and the prices are fair for what you’re getting. They always get the order correct and we’ve never had one complaint. I drive 15 minutes and pass about three other takeout places because this one is just the best. I recommend their sesame chicken and crab Rangoon, never disappoints!

AMAZING vegan options, and can’t beat the price. Always tastes like it’s made with love, and delivery comes on time!

Updated review: AVOID THIS PLACE. My wife and I just had FOOD POISONING, severe enough that we had to go to the hospital. We had a basic order of General Tso’s and dumplings.

We recently moved to West Caldwell, and were looking for a take out place the first day we moved in. We chanced upon this place, and were blown away by the awesome food which came at an unbeatable price. The place was neat and tidy, including the kitchen area. The people behind the counter and kitchen were following Covid19 protocol, which gave us peace of mind. We'll be coming here again for sure :

I Ordered $75 worth of food, she did not ask for house number, I assumed that they had my contract info because they have been here many many times before. After 20 minutes I received a call asking what house number, and then proceeded to tell me that the driver is new and that I should come to the main office to get my order. I said no, and told her where he should deliver to, that I'm not coming to the main office to pickup.  She told me that this is not her concern that I should  come to the main office... she was rude and I will order from another business moving forward.

Since Covid hit, every Chinese food place I've always gone to has been HORRIBLE.  My friend told me about China House. I drove by and thought it was a little hole in the wall, how good can it be? But I always thought you can't judge a book by its cover and I'm so glad I didn't.  This place is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. If you dont try it you are really missing out. Thank you.

So good. Food was fantastic, prices are reasonable esp for the quality and quantity of food. New favourite here in Caldwell! Will be ordering from here everytime we order Chinese from now on. Thank you China House staff!!!
