China Inn, BEST Chinese restaurant in Tulare!   Get to meet Tony, the chef, and enjoy the food.   Great quick service, friendly servers, clean, and quiet.  Enjoy your meal and conversation without excessive noise from t.v. sports, no bar, so nice to bring the family.  Request a Chinese dish that may not be on the menu and Tony will do his best to prepare it for you!  We don't even consider eating Chinese food anywhere else.  Five stars all the way! ☆☆☆☆☆

Great food, huge portions, and incredibly fast service. Plus the people are nice and the atmosphere is great. Would definitely recommend.

I really loved this restaurant! It's my first time and the impressions were very good. They are very fast at serving food and have really good customer service. Also, the food is exquisite and delicious. I will totally come again!

Under new management?? We saw the good reviews but something must be wrong. 

The Mandarin Chicken was HORRIBLE, and the steamed rice was mushy. The waitress was very nice, but she forgot multiple items and wasn't very punctual. While taking our order she was talking to arriving customers, which was pretty rude. The restaurant needs a cleaning, and while we were there an argument broke out in the kitchen.

I'm glad we're just passing through and will not be returning. It's unfortunate because there are quite allot of good reviews. For us, it was really really really bad.
