I love the food made here but I really had a bad experience and I don’t think I will ever return as a customer. 

Called Friday 16th 2018 around 6:00 pm. I was interested In ordering a large chicken broccoli with a large order of white rice and ONLY wanted a price quote. The man on the phone profusely wanted to know my address even though I never asked for Delivery. I kept telling him I just want to know the price and he kept asking for my address except each time lead to a rude and more nasty tone. I panicked and hung up. Really disappointed. 

I called SHINY HOUSE to compare the experience to see maybe if I was wrong. The lady on the phone told me the price and I said thank you, she said thank you, and the call ended. 

How are you suppose to expect customers to return to your establishment if you are rude and nasty on the phone?

Food was acceptable. Marginally better than bad.  Prices are okay.  Person taking your order will mess up so double check before you leave.  Not NY's best by a long shot.

I got food poisoning from their low mein 4 years ago, haven't ate their since.. I happened to not eat all day yesterday and a friend offered me some of his rib tips ; I took 4 little rib tips pieces and it gave me a swollen lip!! I'M CALLING BBB TO INVESTIGATE AND REEVALUATE THEIR FOOD CONDITIONS. CHANGING THEIR FAKE ASS A++ FOOD INSPECTION RATING DOWN TO GROUND

They have good food but they've gotten my order wrong a few times. They changed the rating of there store back to A a day after the health department gave them a B which is untruthful and one of the reasons why I don't eat there no more
