As usual the food was very good, fresh, and hot. Yet, there was only one sweet waitress serving all of the tables. I know that like with most businesses, there is a lack of people willing to work. I wish that we could have left this young woman a 100% tip, because she deserved it, she was hustling.
We've been here several time. Other than one dish being too spicy once, everything has been great. Clean and friendly.Food: 5/5
The food is really good which is why they get 2 stars… when you can actually get it. Called for pick up at 4:15 and asked to have the food ready by 5:00. I got there and they had no sort of record that I had called! On top of that, I waited for a half hour for them to tell me this! I am beyond upset. If I still wanted the food I would have to wait another 30 min at least to get it, and that’s with the food order being “expedited”. Their food may be great, but I was not waiting around for an hour to get what I originally ordered. What was once a well owned and respected restaurant in our community is no more. Sorely disappointed and very upset.
They didn’t include the egg rolls and then we were given ham instead of beef and was told the cook said he gave us beef but really because beef isn’t white. So we will not return they don’t fix or own their mistakes. So unhappy
We have been coming here for a long time. I received my carry out and when I got home to eat I found this bug in my sweet and sour sauce. We got an apology and a refund for this happening. That's it. We will never come here again due to the fact of this happening. I will not recommend eating here to any of my friends nor anyone else.
Very disappointing, my sweet and sour chicken was so tough!! My husband is a fan of the take out. We will keep it that way if we go back. His chicken fried rice was good, however the egg rolls seemed like they had sat around a while before being served. Only one waitress for the entire restaurant, and she was working like crazy. No complaints on the service!!
Great food every time we go there. We came right at shift change so was a bit slow but more than made up for it with friendly and courteous service.
Friendly and quick service. Excellent value for money. Egg roll was good. Wonton filling in wonton soup was good soup was flavorless, and wonton wrapper was pasty. I ordered the "Kung Bo" Szechwan beef usually called "Kung Pao", which had a chili pepper next to it indicating it was spicy. Not only was it not spicy, it was drenched in a brown, extremely salty sauce that would not have been out of place on meatloaf. It didn't even taste vaguely "Chinese." But hey, the whole experience was $14.15, so can't complain too much.
I usually get the sesame chicken combination and the chicken noodle soup, it's very delicious. Nice waitress.Food: 4/5
