Worst Chinese food I've had in the area so far  the fried food was doughy, the scallion pancakes were bland and over cooked. 2 of our order items were missing, got 1 mystery item that was like a giant double fried egg roll. Even the duck sauce was meh. Kinda feels like a waste of money to be honest Food: 2/5

Average Chinese food. Was top-notch years ago but don't expect the same.  Edit added May 2023: In March, I ordered here again. The Pu Pu platter is good. The beef combo dish I ordered had chewy, not tender, beef and the sauce is a pale white rather than the expected brown gravy I'd expect. The taste was off. I have to reiterate that the food is not like it used to be years ago. I'll stick to the Pu Pu platter only if I return.

Good flavor. No problem making fried rice without soy sauce for me, but I don't recommend this place for anyone with celiac disease. Heavy, greasy, and flavorful. Will definitely try again. My daughters really liked it.

As someone who has been going here on and off since I was in my 20’s , I have to say the food and the service have definitely gone down hill over the last 25 years, there’s just no denying it. I might stop at this place 2 or 3 times a year now if that, and when I do, I usually regret it. What pushed me over the edge was a couple of years ago I ordered some takeout , picked it up, took it home, opened the bag, and found the food was not what I ordered. I had to drive all the way back , told them what happened, and they apologized and gave me my correct order. I was about to leave , but they said no we have to ring in your order. I was shocked by this, but their point of view was the incorrect order I paid for was only about 18 dollars, but my actual order was about 25 dollars. So they insisted on charging me the 7 dollar difference even though it was their mistake. They just kept reiterating they had to charge me, even though I told them I drove home and had to come back. They just didn’t care at all that I was inconvenienced by their mistake. So I let them charge me, and then I took a looooooong break from ever going back there. Was thinking about finally going back but decided to read these reviews and the pattern is undeniable. Felt I had to share my own subpar experience because judging by the comments, it’s not getting any better. They have no clue on how to deliver customer service.

Been going here for over 25 years but will not be returning.  Not because of the food but because of the HORRIBLE customer service.  Not sure what’s happened over the last year but the cashier/front end service and people were always super nice and always included the correct amount of sauces.  Now they have some miserable woman working the phone and register.  Holds back sauces like they’re gold even when I specifically ask.  When I called to ask her why they’re being so stingy alls she does is yell over me, won’t let me get a word in edgewise and keeps asking me what I ordered after I’ve told her twice!!  I never write reviews.  You have to be HORRIBLE to get me to do this and today I finally had it.  This lady is costing you customers because I’m taking my business elsewhere as I’m sure others will too if they’re being treated like this.  Absolutely ridiculous way to treat customers.  And if you’re the owner and respond to this don’t even try to defend her actions.  Don’t even.  I’ve worked in the service industry my entire life.  This is not how you treat people

They call this chicken chow mein. When I called to tell them they gave me the wrong order, the lady assured me this is chicken chow mein. Will never go back. Trust the reviews.

Food is VERY BAD Not Clean, always smoking outside, never wAshed handS,I WATCH HIM ,& THAT ASIAN GUY WITH THE OVER WEIGHT FACE HAS A MAJOR PROBLEM  VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ...EVERYTHING JUST NASTY...DO NOT BUY THERE...YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.Food: 1/5
