Absolutely awful customer service. Called to place an order for pickup, right off the bat the woman's voice and tone was extremely rude. Couldn't get a word out without her interjecting "anything else." After the fifth time. I told her never mind cancel the order. So I couldn't say if the food is good or not because I will not try to dine here again.

The food was great, the gal behind the counter must be family because probably any other business would have moved her or told to find another place of work. I certainly would be fired at my job for treating customers so poorly

Unreasonably rude cashier I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what, but my mom was and she was being short and grouchy. We didn’t do anything to set her off. We were polite and were saying please and thank you and she was slamming stuff on the table and throwing things across the counter.

Food is always hot.    I call ahead and it is waiting for me within 10 minutes.

Good food, for good prices. Heads up though, the credit card fees are HIGH and they don't accept American Express.  It's worth the fees for me though for the convenience of card since I don't carry cash.  They do take out and dine-in at the the time of this review.

I’ll give 3 stars because the foods good!  Customer service is terrible. The girl is so rude when you call and insist on arguing with you.  I don’t care how old you are you treat your customers with respect. That’s good customer service. She sounds utterly depressed when you call. She messed our orders up 3 x now - first time she only gave us one order of dumplings, after we asked for 2. Second time forgot white rice that we ordered and 3rd time gave us chicken instead of shrimp like we had asked for! Sad that this is the only Chinese place close to us that we know of as we would go somewhere else.

The orange beef was great. Large portion. Ordered by phone and picked up 15 min later.  Very easy transaction.  Thanks!Takeout: Yes

Awesome, fresh great tasting food…. and big portions!  Owners are very nice and helpful.  Great chicken lo mein!

Good food however customer service was disgusting.  Daughter was rude on phone and in person.  This makes.the 3rd time.  She doesn't want to work .  I'll drive to Millstadt

The food is good, always made fresh.  The ONLY problem is the little girl working the counter...DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and very, very disrespectful. I’d rather make the drive to South County to eat at the Chinese buffet place with halfway decent food and a tad better service, all to avoid the little brat at the counter. Also, why is a child working...?  Edited to add that the adults working here are wonderful and always very pleasant.
