OPENED DURING HURRICANE CALL FIRST! FIVE STARS. Hard working family restaurant. The FOOD is delicious. They open on holidays so you can enjoy their delicious cuisine. Prices are good. I love the wonton soup and beef broccoli, tasty fried wonton! THE BEST IN THE AREA! Humble establishment but your taste buds will come back for more cause I love their FOOD. YUM YUM YUMMY! Honestly don't cook just try their specialty and now they offer the seafood boils if you love that. It's all about FAMILY and it shows like home delicious cooking. Thank you.
My wife and I ordered from this location yesterday evening, and I have to say: It was fantastic! We are pretty picky eaters and were somewhat skeptical ordering Chinese food from the area We are new to the area. Anyways, we decided to take a chance and I am very glad that we did! The food was plentiful and delicious! The chicken and broccoli was to die for and the chicken fried rice was perfect! I highly recommend this establishment if you happen to be in the area!
On Saturday the 26th of November I ordered Pork Fried Rice - very good Crab Rangoon Egg Roll - under cooked Spring Roll - under cooked Fried Wonton - rancid meat The meat in the Wonton was rancid and I called the restaurant to tell them and they hung up on me. I will never order from this place again.
Since moving from NYC it’s been hard to find a consistently good Chinese spot. We’ve tried other Chinese takeout around the area, but China Star has been by far been the best!
Terrific Chinese food- amazing Wonton Soup- she THICCC THICCC!!!!! Bourbon chicken, chicken lo mein, broccoli beef, and everything else I’ve tried here has been *chef’s kiss*. Get you some, you won’t regret it!!
The rice I got was in a small container, considering it was 6 dollars. A bit bland and the veggies have a weird taste.
The flavor is pretty okay but their breaded items sesame or general tso are very skimpy on the protein. Overall average quality food.
I must admit I really enjoyed the food from this restaurant. I didn't have the pleasure to go to the restaurant but I ordered from doordash. The fried rice was one of my favorites I had in a while. The food was fresh and delicious. I had the boneless spare rib combo
Great food, they’re krab rangoons are amazing! Customer service could be better.
