My daughter has been coming here for almost 3 and 1/2 years. I love this place so much! Julie, the director has always been so caring and welcoming to our family and our special accommodations. My child's father and I have shared custody, so her teachers have always been so helpful with communication and making sure that Paperwork makes its way to me. My daughter has created such a unique bond with each of her teachers and the staff members. I wouldn't take her anywhere else!!

Nothing but great things to say about Kindercare (Chino Hills), our daughter has been coming here since she was 8 months old and is now going to be 2 years old. The staff is amazing, I recommend taking a tour of the facility and talking to the teacher that will be taking care of your child. My wife and I searched hi and low looking for day care for our little girl (first kid) and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. But the Mrs. Alicia (first teacher new born to 11 month) was wonderful, Mrs. Heny (second teacher 12 months to 18 months) and now my daughter is with Mrs Jenn. What your child will learn at Kindercare is really worth it, now you do pay weekly but you can go online and make payments, this makes keeping track of your account very easy. I wish I could tell you everything about Kindercare but you should give them a try and see for yourself.

This place doesn't even deserve a star! I enrolled my daughter and took her out after a couple months. They were super rude, didn't inform me of fees and then sent my bill straight to collections instead of just letting me know i had any fees. I saw some teachers yelling at children because they were crying because they missed their mom or dad. Even after I took my daughter out they continued to keep charging me fees for days that she wasn't even attending. I later found out that kinder care is known for ripping parents off for hundreds of dollars . This place is a huge scam and i definitely didn't feel like my daughter was safe and took her out immediately. Beware! Your kids come first.. don't let this place get you like they got me. Lesson learned!

Perhaps I have too high of standards, but I was truly disappointed with this location. I had to return to work, so my son began his daycare experience at 4 months each morning before 7AM. The teacher and room was never prepared for child reception. The teacher (for infants) often times was late to work, too busy digging in her bag or juggling kids in the preschool rooms and paid little to no attention to me or my son, so I had to wait between 5-15 minutes before I could sign in my son and give her directions. Once the teacher was available she placed my son on a boppy directly on the floor. I never once saw her hold my son in the morning: she'd simply leave him on the floor, even when there were NO other babies present, the door was open, and when it was cold! When my son began solid foods, more problems arose: the teachers skipped feedings, skip bottles, or would double up the meals in one feeding. These inconsistencies led to my son's constipation and very painful bowel movements! THIS continued for about a month! I complained to the director and nothing changed. When I would pick my son up in the afternoon, he always looked upset! This certainly bothered me, and I was also upset by the fact that when I would pick him up, dried grass leaves were on the carpet (this is where the babies crawled, scooted and played)! The teachers did not tell any of the parents to wear the protective booties over their shoes nor to remove their shoes. We left this daycare after 3 and a half months! Hopefully they changed. I also hope they hired more competent teachers over all the inept ones I encountered.

at first when I had my son here I thought it was a great school until they got rid of the principal and other teachers. instead of telling parents these are the new teachers or new principal I had to ask. one of the teachers told my son to wait when he asked to use the potty. he ended up having an accident. very impersonal there
