Finally a family owned business! The corporate pharmacies continued to fail me. The entire staff at Chino Valley Pharmacy gets to know you by name and will call doctors for you to ensure you're getting your medicine refills on time. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes and the store itself has a ton of great things including essential oils. I absolutely love them!

This pharmacy and its staff are absolutely wonderful. You are greeted immediately upon arrival, they are fast, kind and provide reliable service with a smile.

My family is thrilled that these folks came to town.  Friendly, accommodating, on time, no hassle, no lines - they even act like they like their job and their customers!  It's been so long since we were impressed by "customer service" - seems this concept has gone by the wayside.  Go see these folks, seriously.

I went in for the first time today and after getting the best customer service at a pharmacy ive ever experienced, i decided i would switch all my prescriptions over to these guys and you should too. Support local business and give them a chance, i promise  you won't regret it.
