I ordered catering for 20 and was completely blown away! The order was ready on time and to my amazement, everything (burners, serving utensils) was included.  :)

I love the workers and the food, here. This Chipotle is pretty new, too. I have to take away a star, however, due to there being worms hanging from the trees surrounding their outdoor patio once. I had to shake my hair like a Wild Woman to get them all off me. Stick to eating inside and you should be just fine.

I just went to the Madison/Hazel location. Ordered my food, got to the register, realized....I forgot my card at home! The embarrassment was massive. The lovely lady at the register (I was too flustered to read her name tag) told me "I got this."  I was so grateful, I nearly broke into tears. Never has an eatery offered up a free meal to me, out of the kindness of doing so. I will never forget this. I'd like to say thank you again. This hungry girl is about to have the best tasting meal ever!

They serve stale chips & their new queso cheese is gross. We couldn't even eat the nachos we paid for, they were that bad. I never thought I'd say this because I'm not fond of Taco Bell, but Taco Bell's is better. This chipotle always burns their chicken so all you taste is the charred-ness, & overcook their steak so it's super chewy. Also they don't listen very well because every time we ask for a side of something like sour cream or cheese they always forget it. Sucks this is the closest location to us, but it'll (hopefully) be worth it to drive a bit further to a different one.
