My boyfriend and I ordered a burrito each and we both asked for it to be double wrapped. The girl behind the counter was a small brunette named Kennedy. She had a pretty sour attitude and when she wrapped our burritos the filling was falling out both ends and the side. We get the same thing every time we go and we never have this problem when its wrapped properly. Eating it was a complete mess. Definitely not worth it.

Just to add on as we were leaving Kennedy was preparing food without gloves. That's actually how I found out what her name was because one of her coworkers was telling her to put gloves on.

In most of the Chipotle locations, staff is actively trained to quickly address the needs of gluten-free patrons, with specific procedures that reduce contamination from gluten. I recently saw some training in progress in North Richland Hills at the 820 and Rufe Snow location, in fact, and everyone was eager to test their system. Since Celiac Disease is expressed in most of our immediate family members, knowing Chipotle Restaurants care to keep us well is really fantastic!! Love the fresh Bowls with Barbacoa.

I'm a Chipotle fan all the way; you cannot GREAT their barbacoa! But I tried the queso for the first time the other day..... If you haven't tried it, definitely go for it, but fair warning, is probably not going to be what you expect. It was lacking in flavor, but poured over the burrito, with all the other flavors, it could work. I don't recommend just eating with chips.
