I have been to this location many times.  I have Never had a bad experience. Lately i order online.  I have always gotton exactly as I ordered.  It's always ready for me at the designated pick up time.

Terrible experience. Slowest I’ve ever seen the line move, when we got to order a new girl was on the line and was being talked down to by what I assume was manager like it was the new girls fault the line was moving slow. But in reality she was moving quick the bossy girl was just pouting and had a terrible attitude and looked like she just sucked at her life. I don’t think k she added one rbi g to burrito without sigh or complaint. On top of that the chicken and steak on our burritos looked like it was there for 2 days.love this place usually, always positive attitudes and fast moving employees. I understand time of year but shows how one bad apple can take down the team. Hope it was just off night but I’ll keep to lunch at this location for the time being.

Waited in line as any normal customer would, gave the first worker my order with zero issues, then everyone was waiting for the 2nd worker to change the line out with new food to serve which is fine, but then as me and 3 other customers waited for her to serve us, she started serving people who came after us, after waiting for 10 mins while my half way made bowl gets cold, this lady would not recognize my existence or serve me and I have no idea why. As she served another person ahead of me I decided to walk out and not pay for a cold bowl and crappy service. Whoever this lady is, it was also apparent that the other coworkers were confused as to why she was acting this way... I hope you get some better workers at this location

I kind of gave up on chipotle for a little bit because the food just was not coming out right for a few months(rice would be hard, hot sauce would be watery, double rice or double meat was a really whimpy portion,etc) but I came in at like 1:30 today and the food was super on point and you guys really made up for it with really fresh, really good quality food. Your team today definitely is doing it right!!!
