Every time you get different sized portions and the food is seasoned differently each time. Super slow every time. They put the newest people on the line while customer service suffers

The food is great, but the employees don't like to clean. While I was here, I watched an employee eat her lunch at a table surrounded by dirty tables. When she went back to work, she never came out to clean her table or any others. I watched several customers come in and sit at dirty tables while I was here, which was for about 30 minutes.

Used to like this location, but now it seems like they skimp on portions and have gone downhill. I don't know if it's due to new employees or what. I would recommend a different location if you wanted a Chipotle that gives good portions.

Went in there to get dinner I asked for a salad and only asked what was in it .I just wanted to make sure it was what I had before usually my son brings it for me when we go there. The girl behind the counter asked if I want dressing I don't usually get that so asked a simple question about what kind she answered vinigarette and then slammed the pan my food would have gone in down on the counter and said so you don't then? I said no and she slammed the pan down again hard on the counter as if to be totally annoyed by my question. She made me feel bad and I ended up leaving.I don't think that's how you should treat anyone. I won't care to go there again even though everyone else behind the counter was nice to me.

The food is good and the staff was great! My kids made a big rice mess, and they cleaned up the mess for me no matter how many times I offered to do it myself. Very pleased with the service!
