I went here on 27 or 28 Feb at about 3:45pm, and had a regrettable experience. 

The grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. And I couldn't get a good look at it before it was too late, but the remaining fajita veggies we're just a mushy black mess that got plopped in my burrito. I regret not rejecting it immediately after seeing that nasty mess put in the burrito, since about an hour or so after eating it I got stomach pains and diarrhea soon thereafter which lasted all night. 

I know it's difficult to pin food poisoning on specific times I've eaten, but in this case I'm fairly certain that it was the doing of this restaurant because I'd only had mixed nuts much earlier. 

I hope they get their act together because it's the closest Chipotle to me, but this past experience actually has me fearing a return.

I love this store.  They make my burrito exactly the way I like.  Ingredients are fresh.

It's 8 o clock and there's no lettuce. No sign or anything. Staff didn't even mention it until you're almost done ordering. I worked in the restaurant  business for 5 years, go buy some from the store, learn to order properly, or borrow from another restaurant. Love Chiptole, just annoyed with this visit.

Service and staff were fast and friendly, other than that my experience was horrible.  I got a chicken burrito bowl and the chicken was extremely bland and had a very strange gummy/chewy texture that honestly ruined the whole burrito bowl.  I ordered the same way I always do, I love Chipotle but I would drive to another location that knows how to prep their food properly.
