I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chipotle, and I must say, the experience was elevated by the exceptional service provided by one of the employees, Ava. From the moment we walked in, her warm demeanor made us feel welcome. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, especially when you’re craving some delicious burritos. Ava was attentive and genuinely interested in ensuring we had a great meal. As we approached the counter, my friend Gabriel, who can be quite the handful, was in one of his more animated moods. However, Ava handled his antics with remarkable poise. Rather than getting flustered, she engaged him in a friendly manner, showing patience that truly impressed me. As we placed our orders, Ava took the time to explain the menu options and even made thoughtful suggestions. It was clear that she was knowledgeable about the ingredients and passionate about what she was serving. Her enthusiasm made it easier for us to choose, and I appreciated how she tailored her recommendations to suit our tastes. Throughout the meal preparation, Ava maintained a positive attitude, even when Gabriel started joking around a bit too much. She responded with laughter and kept the mood light, which made the whole experience feel enjoyable rather than chaotic. It’s rare to see someone handle challenging customers so gracefully, and it made a lasting impression on me. When we finally sat down to enjoy our food, I couldn’t help but reflect on how much Ava’s kindness enhanced our visit. If you like getting ripped off for a small amount of food, you’ll love this place. If you like drinking warm soda because there is no ice, you’ll love this place. If you like eating with your hands because there are no utensils, you’ll love this place. If you like wiping your hands on your pants because there are no napkins, you’ll love this place. If you want to experience EVERYTHING that is wrong with Chipotle, this is the store for you. Every time I try to eat my lunch at this store, it’s a disaster. You have to beg for a fair amount of food! And I’m a small eater .. seriously. Every time I swear I’m never going back here .. and a few months later I give in because I generally do like Chipotle. And I regret it. every. single. time. This store is the poster child for everything that is horrible about Chipotle. If you like walking away from your lunch feeling completely unsatisfied and totally ripped off and totally regretting your lunch decision .. this is the place for you.
Pictures speak for themselves. This is trash. UPDATE: I went back and asked them to remake it. It took the manager ten minutes to come acknowledge me, despite the restaurant not even being remotely busy. I explained to him that the quantity of the food was the issue. No refund was given. Third photo is what I got. The majority of the bowl is sour cream and somehow there’s even LESS food overall??? Featuring the brown guac. This is absolutely disgusting. An absolute joke.
Might be one of the worst locations east of the Mississippi. Food is always half a normal portion, soda machine been broken since the semester started, and some of the rudest workers I’ve ever met at a Chipotle. Granted there are some nice people but the majority are idiots. Would take me a list longer than Epstein island to describe everything wrong with this place. Horrible.
I recently visited Chipotle and had a great experience thanks to Caleigh. Not only was her service top-notch—efficient, friendly, and attentive—but she also maintained a positive attitude throughout. The food was prepared exactly as requested, and her professionalism made the visit enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to interact with someone who clearly takes pride in their work.
I've ordered pickup Chipotle from multiple locations around the US at this point, it is my favorite chain restaurant. This location, in particular, was by far the worst portioned burrito I have ever received...so much so that I thought it warranted a review. The burrito was about 25% the normal size and wasn't rolled right. The food started coming out as soon as I unwrapped the foil. Really disappointed, especially since I ate it in the store and saw that people ordering in person received the usual portion size. Word of caution, I would have second thoughts ordering pickup from here, they might get skimpy on you, too.
Third time I’ve visited this chipotle and they are always out of something. The excuse tonight was not enough veggies were cut this morning so they ran out. I guess I’m confused because a simple fix would’ve been to cut more because it’s over 2 hours before they close, but I guess they’re in a hurry to get home. It’s a little pointless to get a veggie bowl without vegetables. Honestly I wouldn’t bother coming to this location. There are better ones around.

Control the controllables. This is in an awful part of town in terms of homelessness. This store can’t necessarily control that, but every time I am in this location, I feel like I better be carrying in order to protect my family. It would be wise for them to invest in security. Seems like there is always a problem with the drink station here. Never any ice sorry, machine has been down for five days, and al the soda is flat. The management seems ambivalent about it, instead of being motivated to go above and beyond to help. I am pretty sure Chipotle is a big Coca Cola customer. Flex your muscle why don’t you? UPDATE: This location is still awful. Apparently one month later, they still have yet to find a fix for their broken drink machine. Management is ambivalent about just about everything here. Chipotle needs to overhaul this restaurant and hire security for the safety of its patrons.
I was part of a group order for delivery from this location. When the person delivering the food arrived, they had one single item for delivery, when our order consisted of 7 items. The person who placed the order attempted to call the location, and was never given the opportunity to speak with an actual person to let them know what had happened. This person then contacted customer service to inform them of the mistake, and requested to get their $87 refunded. At this point, the customer service rep said she would not get her money refunded unless she sent photos of the order that was delivered. She requested that she be transferred by phone to the store that the order was placed to, and the customer service rep said they would not transfer her. She emailed photos to the email that was given to her, and has still not received a response. Don't waste your time!
