This location can get pretty slammed so I like to go at off times usually. Food was great today and they don’t have enough help but the crew was working hard and friendly. Docked one star because a lot the tables haven’t been cleaned but otherwise a great experience.

I always have the worst experiences with this location, like rn I got a bowl but I got no rice, no guacamole, no plastic wear like how do you expect me to eat this literally?? There’s always stuff missing from my dmn order, like please do better because I ain’t paying my money to always have to complain about something. I understand you guys be in rushes sometimes but you have to pay attention on people’s stuff.

let’s start with how stingy you all are. I paid 15$ for a bowl and a drink just for my bowl to not have any meat, just beans and rice and salsa, I AM DISAPPOINTED. Bad customer service and over priced just to only be eating rice and beans since you all don’t wanna give enough meat.

You can always count on efficient service at this chipotle however I feel the food has gone down hill over the last couplr of years. The price is definitely out of this world high for an in and out casual restaurant. $35 for 2 and I drank water.Food: 3/5

Stopped coming here. Manager and staff not cut out for public service. Quality and staff have declined steadily since COVID. I can handle waiting. I can handle sometimes the store is closed and I have to order from the app. But I do not have to stand rude, poorly trained people taking my money at over $10/person.Food: 1/5

$40 for one bowl, 2 quesadillas, and 2 drinks. I have never paid so much for fast food. Their portions are getting smaller and smaller. The drink cups looked like kids cups and we were charged almost $3 per drink. The quesadillas have shrunk. Never again. We will go to a sit-down restaurant next time we want to pay $40 for lunch.

I have a food allergy so chipotle is my life. This is probably the second worst one I’ve been in. I rarely have a bad experience. I don’t even know where to start with this store. Go to another store, and don’t judge chipotle by this store’s performance. It wasn’t good.

Came into the new location by Zandale shopping center. I was greeted by a young lady who greeted me by sir, no ma’am, no sir, um, I can’t tell and then laughter. I said you don’t need to worry about that. Not a good start.  I ordered my usual and it was ice cold. Which leads me to believe that the food is not being stored properly. I did try to eat some of it but the carnitas were stringy and dry. The rice was crunchy. The chips are stale. The guacamole and lettuce was good. For the most part inedible. A very disappointing experience.

Out of chicken and most other things every time I go. The team working was unresponsive and didn’t start preparing more in anticipation for the dinner rush. Chipotle get it together.

Very slow service.  I don't know if they were having trouble with ingredients or trouble with difficult guests but the line barely moved for quite a while.  Seemed like there was plenty of staff running around doing things so it wasn't very clear what was the issue.  Once I finally got my bowl made it was very good!!
