Their food is okay not that great ,however there are many issues with this chipotle. First off the staff especially the ladies in the front have a horrible attitude. Next, the food for some reason does not taste like food from different chipotle locations,The serving sizes are also very small as you can still see on my picture that is zoomed in,This location is extremely slow it took a while for me to get one burrito bowl,and finally chipotle is known for being a more expensive fast food restaurant.Thus the value of all of this food is not high.
Food area was not clean, and the absolute worst customer service. My kids and i walked in when they had no one else in the restaurant. The guy doing pickup orders, indicated that they did not have much items left so we would have a limited selection. He gestured for us to look at what they had to offer then called to the girl cleaning up the back area, i guess to let her know there were people waiting to be served. She did not respond and we stood at the counter for approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Guac, cheese and rice were scattered around the food area. Back area was also very messy. Granted this was an hour before closing, however, food service area should always be kept clean during service. During this time, several other persons walked in and stood in line. She then proceeded to walk over to the man behind us and told him, they had a limited selection of food items to offer. He then proceeded to tell her what he wanted, while we were still waiting to be served. When I advised here that we were in line before him, she said, "did you know the line starts there?" I indicated that we were at the counter and waiting for service. Obviously we were ahead of the man standing behind us. Just all around lack of structure, poor customer service and not a good look for the Chipotle brand.
This location has the slowest and most incompetent employees I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. Their job isn’t even hard… why don’t they know the difference between a burrito and a bowl? They’re also very skimp with the portions. They think them beans coming out their paycheck or something. But the little girls up there need their attitudes checked as well. Just a very ghetto establishment
Usually I don’t leave bad reviews even after a bad experience, but CHILE let me tell you. I came to this location and you had about 6 people working with no food readyno black beans, or fajita veggies and the lady making everyone’s food had the nerve to suck her teeth and rolled her eyes after a guess next to me asked her for black beans. Then this lady had the nerve to literally scoop about 3 beans left in the pot out and put it in my bowl, so I kindly asked for more from her other station. Usually I ignore these kinds of things, but the customer service from these two young ladies was terrible. I then asked if they had apple juice the lady checking me out proceeded to tell me she’d “have to check the back”. I kindly declined and left with just my food. Won’t be back to this location at all. The young ladies seemed to almost be irritated or annoyed with us as customers.
I went to pick up our food and walk in to what looks like a Chipotle in either a zombie apocalypse, or after someone dumped trashcans all over the place. Two employees are seated at a table, with another couple employees standing, and one employee walks out of the back and tells the lady in line that someone will help her. Meanwhile there is food all over the line, floor, and dishes and other stuff piled a foot highall over the grill area and it's 2 hours until closing. An employee comes from somewhere and asks me if I'm picking up, I say yes, give my name and she hands me a bag. The bag feels light as I walk out so I look and realize two orders of chips and guac are missing, one large one regular, at $9 and $5 respectively I'm gonna go ask. So I go back over and let her know and she responds "so, yeah, we're out of those." I respond "ok..." she says "you've gotta request a refund". I think about saying "yeah, that's why I'm standing here" but instead look at her kind of confused and say "do you mean online or..." she says "yes, sorry about that. " and I shake my head, say "thanks" and head out. I get home, the vegetarian sofritas burrito has more steak than it does sofritas, and no guac $3. So in a $40 order, $17 bucks worth is missing, not a word said, no automatic refund, no out status online, and instead I'm writing a bad review on their website and here and waiting for them to contact me because you can't directly request a refund, you know, like you can in the store you ordered from, or calling tomorrow if that doesn't happen. My better half asked me why I didn't request a manager and my answer was if they were there and the store looked and functioned like it was I wouldn't have trusted them to be able to tie their own shoes let alone solve a problem. I've worked in retail and food service for years prior to my current career so I'm always very forgiving and very understanding, but this place is a dumpster fire. When it first opened it was excellent, it has since taken a nosedive of insane proportions. The place is bad enough closing it would be akin to a mercy killing. Garbage.
The only thing saving this place is one of the young men working their recognizes my daughter 4 and is very nice to her, entertaining that she receives the online order, not me. Other than that, my orders 2 weeks running have been missing something. A little annoying. The food is standard Chipotle quality, nothing amazing, but not terrible.
This might be the worst Chipotle location in the country. I’ve given this play 5 chances and every time they don’t have anything you want. Meats hope you only want 2 of the 5 or so options. Hope you want only one salsa type. They didn’t have any steak or carnitas, no pinto beans, no tomato salsa, no lettuce. But somehow the to-go station has everything and they can’t take anything from it. If I could give zero stars I would. This is my last time at a Chipotle anyhere. Odd to Qdoba or Moe’s it is.
Went there 1 time the people who works said they only do online order. Second one, before 8pm no white rice, no corn, no lettuce and tomato. Rude ladies! Better hire new employees!! Trassshhhh!!
Service was stellar!! This was the BEST bowl I've had in a very long time. Everything was hot and fresh and they had everything but the popular brisket.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Tacky, ghetto, rude. 7:50 pm. No cheese, Guacamole, no salsa, nothing. Ok, so will u discount the found, NO, and rude about it. I can’t stand ghetto. Despise places like this, when ever one and the manager is tacky. Never coming back.
