The place is perfect for last-minute craving.they close at 10 pm . The food is delicious and has great portions. The seatting area outside is very nice The staff is courtious and professional. The young lady is always cleaning, leaving the place spotless. I arrived at 10:45 to get lunch for my son. The web site hour stated that they open at 10:45. The person preparing food saw me and said "we are not open". So I asked "when will you open?" She had earphone on and turned away from me. 5 min later, she finally said "10 min later". Another 5 min passed, another Chipotle person came and I asked again. She said with an attitude "we need 15 min"... I just left.
I went to the store in the morning around 10:45AM on October 28 Monday. The staff saw me entered into the store and shouted: go !!! go out!! get out of here!". I said politely: is the store open? They said: no! go out!! I am so disappointed about their attitude. It is so strange they can get through all of the hiring procedure. I hope the manager can investigate it. Otherwise, you will lose all of your costumers.
Chicken was burned. I don’t know why you’d you even serve it like that. 7:30 pm they ran out of everything, didn’t have a lot of food I wanted. Really disappointed. Would’ve gave it a zero if I could. And I paid for double burned chicken.Food: 1/5
30 minutes before closing there was no chicken left, no rice white or brown and no quarters. Instead of putting some rice on the stove and some chicken on the grill, all the employees are just there cleaning up ready to call it a night. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas. This location officially lost my business. On duty manager needs to be held accountable.
Picture is worth a thousand words so let these pictures speak for themselves. Chipotle stock is soaring above $1600 a share while their restaurants seem understaffed or staff not properly trained. This place is disgusting on a Saturday afternoon. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t shut this place down. Imagine one of the highest taxed neighborhoods in NYS and the fast food joint looks like this.
Other than one bad meal.. this location has been consistently great! We order on the app and it’s ready to go when I arrive. Our go to spot for last minute dinner on a late work night. My son also loves the White Plains location. Food: 4/5

Spent 17 dollars for a quarter scoop of chicken in my bowl and chips. Dirty reasturant and workers got rude when I asked for my full portion Update: just opened up another bowl i ordered from the place, turns out there was a screw in it!
It's alright. The food was like any other Chipotle and the staff was great. However, the atmosphere was kind of bland and semi-dirty. Would've enjoyed a cleaner, more decorated space.Food: 5/5
