Had to edit my review as most recently there was a giant piece of steak in my vegetarian burrito. This is absolutely unacceptable for food safety and food labeling. It might not be a big deal to some, but it’s absolutely horrific to a vegetarian to experience this — violating and unacceptable.  It takes 1 drop of common sense to keep meat chunks out of a vegetarian burrito, and indicates that staff is either too young to perform this role properly, or lacking that much common sense.  This review is intended to be harsh. Staff and this location needs to step it up. This was a disgusting and horrible experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Update your staff on this important issue — any chunks of meat in a vegetarian burrito is a violation of food safety and labeling laws. You can’t advertise something as vegetarian and put steak in it. Also, the meat that I accidentally ate due to negligence was absolutely disgusting and had no flavor. The person behind the counter could not understand me, i had to repeat myself and make him go back down the line several times. How hard is it to get freaking RICE in your bowl? I would like a bowl, WHITE RICE, carnitas, corn, sour cream and cheese. How hard is that? I even said please and thank you. There is no reason why the bottom of my bowl is grease logged because the employee is too dumb to know to put rice first

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM HERE. First of all, the portions they put are so small. We ordered all vegan and vegetarians versions but one had a piece of chicken and one had a piece of steak inside. Very disappointed

Cold and super small portion.  None of the food has been eaten in this photo. Just moved to demonstrate how little food in this bowl there is. Definitely will not eat here ever again.

This your best bet when you come to SOUTHCENTER MALL..  everything is fresh.. staff is professional and the lines move fast..   5Stars!!  Easy !!!Food: 5/5

Chipotle website says they open at 10am. When i went to the counter at 10:30am, they told me to come at 11am when they open. I placed my usual order through the online app, it was ready in 10 mins. So they can take online order and let you do pick up, but they wont take order in person. I just felt that they were not ready to take in person order.

This location is on a huge MALL  the foot traffic is insanely busy , they could do better with NOT running out of food items.Food: 2/5

Incredibly slow in a way that defies logic. They have 5 people working yet surprisingly few seem to be making peoples food. When they do it’s fast but everyone seemed tryin to avoid it.

Witnessed 4-5 employees just standing around with a sign on display for online orders only. Not too sure is this is a chipotle company policy, to witness several employees just giggling and not physically assisting customers can be quite upsetting. Asked the supervisor and she said two employees called  out, therefore online order were the only option. I find it difficult to believe this is a actual procedure to follow because I saw at least 5 employees available to assist someone.
