Avoid avoid avoid this location. First time we requested extra meat for the salad and didn't receive it. Chalked it up to the chipotle gods and moved on. This time just ordered the regular salad but didn't receive any salad. Just avoid. Avoid avoid. Wait times are incredible too.Takeout: Yes
I ordered 2 bowls on 9/10/23 at 3:30pm. They both didn't have alot of rice in them I don't think it's a spoon full. I ordered ex meat didn't get it. They sure did pit alot of sour cream like to have meat and rice with that sour ream this is 2nd time. I ordered online and had Doordarshan delivered it to me.
All the reviews say avoid this location and I came here to say the same. People are not only rude but all the employees look unkept and unclean, trying to chalk it up to being overworked but come on, you’re serving food. They were out of Guac and had nothing for a non-fake-meat vegan substitute and refused to discount my bowl. They wouldn’t let me use my free queso coupon on my app but upcharged me for queso. Genuinely just a bad experience, needs new management ASAP.
My family and I went to Chipotle and the lady making our order seemed very annoyed with us. My son ordered white rice and she told us they were out of white rice in Spanish which is not a problem because my husband speaks Spanish but my children do not, they asked for white rice and she proceeded to say they were all out instead of saying that if you give us one moment the white rice will be out in a second when the white rice came out and we had already they had already made our orders my husband asked why didn't you tell us that the white rice was coming out and she just rolled her eyes and gave us a shrug then she proceeded to talk to her co-worker about us in Spanish in front of us and my husband understood everything she was very rude and shouldn't be working with customers, she should take a customer service course. the cashier and the co-worker were very very nice but she was very very. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I know as an employee anyone could have a bad day but this was over the top rude. We will never support this Chipotle location again. She was an older lady, she did not have a name tag. It was a very disheartening experience. Thank you for your time.
I love chipotle! Today, I found some hair in my food. Not a big deal. I asked politely and quietly to get a new bowl away from customers. Mistakes happen! I made sure not to eat any of my bowl to make it known this is not an attempt to get free food. The cashier’s response was “that hair wasn’t there when I gave it to you”. I was surprised she would assume I am lying, especially since the bowl was not eaten and returned promptly. The food was good as always afterwards but the treatment by staff is disappointing, insulting the character of a frequent customer and assuming bad intent. Bummed since this is my neighborhood chipotle : still love you guys tho.
Drive the extra few minutes to the next chipotle. Multiple times I’ve come here when they are supposed to be open and the doors are locked and customers are waiting outside while our mobile orders all day they’re ready inside. Their system always seems to be down and they always seem like the customers are a nuisance.
Standing outside at 10:46 and the doors are still locked. I can see employees at their stations but the doors are locked.
Avoid this location!! They give the worst portion sizes I’ve ever seen at a chipotle. Weak on the rice, weak on the cheese, barely a scoop of sour cream, and to little lettuce. The protein servings are up to standard tho which is why I give it a 3/5.
Martha charged me for kid menu. The tray has 3 slots that I fill in of kid's choice. I ordered 3 and Martha, the evil and greedy staff, charged me for guacamole. Guac is one of he three! The whole tray is $$ 5. 55. No more than that except the tax. The Chipotle will need to give me a Chipotle card to refund $2.65. What a rip off. This Martha needs to be reported on. Nasty staff. I get home and my husbands order is all wrong! Like what the heck! You guys 100% switched it with someone elses order! Completely different things too! Also it was scheduled for pick-up for 6:40pm and I didn't get it till 7pm! Also seems like one of the pick-up boys was distracted by the fact his friend came to pick up his order. Do better
